They quizzed me at the door for possible Corona-19 symptoms. I needed a check for earnest money and got helped right away-- the whole process took about 5 minutes. I had a recent instance of fraud that was frustrating and took a number of calls to resolve, and ultimately I had to go in-person. But it was taken care of; and every MECU representative I spoke with was friendly and helpful (vs the Visa reps that were also involved). I definitely recommend this CU.”
