The team is often helpful and friendly, with staff willing to walk customers through issues, call the store's specific helpline for assistance, and help with online orders or exchanges. They provide kind and hard-working service, helping customers find options quickly, assisting with styling in the dressing room, and even steaming clothes. The experience can be one of the kindest and most joyful, with immediate connections and good conversation. However, at times the staff may not be overly helpful or near the checkout counter when needed. Overall, LOFT offers a clean, organized shopping environment with supportive customer service.
This store is beautifully laid out, and the times that I visited over the course of a week, was very organized and clean. The staff was not overly helpful and did not greet me any time that I entered, and was not anywhere near the checkout counter each time I was ready for help.
