“The selection of merchandise was impressive. The store offered everything from clothing, footwear, and accessories to home goods, electronics, beauty products, and seasonal items. I especially appreciated the convenience of being able to find so many different products in one location.
The staff members were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful throughout my visit. They answered questions, assisted with locating items, and provided excellent customer service whenever needed. Their positive attitude contributed greatly to the overall shopping experience.”

“Coming in we were greeted by several employees which was awesome since most times we aren’t usually. The employee (I can’t remember her name) that helped us was super nice and even recommended some shoes when we were undecided on what to try on! She was always around which made the shopping experience much faster despite the store being busy. The cashier that helped us was also super nice too! 100% will come again for school shopping.”

“This store is beautifully laid out, and the times that I visited over the course of a week, was very organized and clean. The staff was not overly helpful and did not greet me any time that I entered, and was not anywhere near the checkout counter each time I was ready for help.”
“I have really liked their new location outside of the main mall. They have been very helpful with finding specific items and managing returns. Free People as a company has limited in-store inventory so I call ahead sometimes to ask if they have what I’m looking for. They’re always very kind and let me know if they have the item in-store.
Customer service at the old location wasn’t good. I’ve have good experiences at the new location though- super friendly and knowledgeable!”

“Excellence customer service! I had already checked the website for the product I was interested in but immediately upon entering a nice associate approached me and just to say hello and ask if I needed any help, she then proceeded to take me right where I needed to go. After checking on the size that I thought I needed, another amazing associate suggested that I size down quite a bit based on his experience with the shoe. His suggestion fit me perfectly and I walked out with a brand new pair of Timberland boots! Sadly often, customer service is lacking but not at this store! Thank you both for your help! “I went to Comfort One Shoes with my brother and mom. My brother picked the store because of Kimberly's reviews.
My mom is elderly and needs new shoes with good support. Kimberly was excellent. She took good care of all of us. We all ended up buying something, lol.
She was personable, knowledgeable, and paid attention to our needs. It was great getting this kind of service when few stores do this anymore. We even went back because my mom changed her mind about the shoes. Kimberly gave her a half size up, and my mom was happy.
