The store prides itself on being packaging-free and using recycled and recyclable materials. Customers can find iconic bath bombs, body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more at this ethical and fun one-stop shop. The store is located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat, and the staff act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere. Customers have consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, who provide excellent customer service and knowledgeable advice about the products, especially the henna bricks.
The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming but especially Greg! She is so knowledgeable and she answered all of my questions and gave me amazing recommendations. She did not steer me wrong I love everything she recommended!

The Staff is so friendly and welcoming here. During my recent visit a staff member informed me Lush has an app and you can gain points for purchases. She was kind enough to let me download it ahead of the purchase so I could get the points.

Friendly staff, great products. I highly recommend the 'Sympathy for the Skin' lotion. Very high quality product rivaling many others on the market.
