“Vince... a very gregarious and knowledge owner/salesperson. It was a pleasure visiting his store for the first time and meeting him. I learned it was a family business that he's now run for decades. The store is packed to the ceiling and displayed attractively out front, with just about everything you'd need/expect in a hardware store (not lumber yard.)I'd called in and he was able to salvage the correct part for my lawn mower from one that was located "out back." He saved me approx. $20 by getting me the handle I needed, which didn't have it's own individual part number, without having to by the whole self-propel control unit.I will return.”

“My girlfriend and I love Valley View Farms. We visit every month or two during the spring, summer, and fall...and of course, Christmas! While their prices are bit higher than the big box stores in the area, their plants are always healthy. Their tulip selection was awesome this past fall; we bought way more than we should have! We also love their pond store and bird feed/feeders. Their Christmas decorations were amazing this year too. Customer service has always been pleasant and helpful.”

“I ordered seven yards of mulch delivered this season for a much needed spruce up of my lawn and garden areas. I went with the eco mulch which is absolutely better quality than most premium mulch from other retailers IMO. The ordering process was straightforward and easy, and the delivery driver was fantastic. Mulch was placed directly and cleanly on a tarp I had laid out on the driveway. Can't say that my back is excited for next year's mulching, but definitely will be ordering from Hollins Organic again.”

“This is a really nice Home Depot. It's much bigger than the one to the south, which is where I usually go. Excellent selection of lumber and power tools. The store is on the larger side too which makes the displays a little bit more roomy. Lines were fine. I got what I wanted and was in and out in only a few minutes.”
“I recently became a first time home owner. When I tell you all that this is a lot....this is A Lot. There is so much to learn about a house, its parts, how it functions, the innerworkings, and who to call. One of the items that I am working on is getting blinds for the entire house. Why are there so many types of blinds? Why, friend? Why? I became really overwhelmed and reached out to blind specialist stores. Unfortunately, their quotes for service, design and installation was thousands of dollars. I kept the quotes and went to Home Depot to get their counsel. I had no idea what I was looking for nor the proper terminologies. What I did know was that the paper blinds in my house had reached it expiration date. Lol. I met Christina. She sat with me at a desk, gave me a tutorial on blinds and walked me through the home depot online process. The online process allows one to customize what they are looking for to the inventory of home depot. Christina patiently inquired about each room of my house that needed blinds, asked me probing questions, and encouraged my decisions. By the end of the meeting, she was able to provide me with a quote. I really appreciate being able to go to my local Home Depot to lessen the anxiety of homeownership.”
“So I just left Home Depot and we had, hands down, the best customer experience I have ever had! I had to stop and take the time out to recognize Dre (spelling?). We were walking around trying to find weather proofing for my son. He was so upbeat, positive, and greeted us with a smile and asked how he can help us! He was super knowledgeable and helpful knew exactly what would help us with our weatherproofing issue. He did it with a smile and you could tell he enjoyed his job of being helpful and cared. This is SO RARE today and he should be recognized for his outstanding, seamless, and amazing customer service. He provided one stop customer service at a very busy time of the year and on a very busy Saturday. He took the time and didn't rush. Again, all the while with his positive upbeat, energy, and smile and willingness to actually really help!!! After we had all of the things we needed to solve our issue, he said is there anything else I can help you with, now who does that nowadays! It was so refreshing!!! He should be modeled throughout the store. I have management experience and I would promote him and do what it takes to retain him as a star employee! Also, while he was helping us other customers stopped and thanked him again for another time that he helped them!! Obviously another amazing customer experience by Dre. THANK YOU Dre, keep being amazing and thanks so much for your help!”
