“So I just left Home Depot and we had, hands down, the best customer experience I have ever had! I had to stop and take the time out to recognize Dre (spelling?). We were walking around trying to find weather proofing for my son. He was so upbeat, positive, and greeted us with a smile and asked how he can help us! He was super knowledgeable and helpful knew exactly what would help us with our weatherproofing issue. He did it with a smile and you could tell he enjoyed his job of being helpful and cared. This is SO RARE today and he should be recognized for his outstanding, seamless, and amazing customer service. He provided one stop customer service at a very busy time of the year and on a very busy Saturday. He took the time and didn't rush. Again, all the while with his positive upbeat, energy, and smile and willingness to actually really help!!! After we had all of the things we needed to solve our issue, he said is there anything else I can help you with, now who does that nowadays! It was so refreshing!!! He should be modeled throughout the store. I have management experience and I would promote him and do what it takes to retain him as a star employee! Also, while he was helping us other customers stopped and thanked him again for another time that he helped them!! Obviously another amazing customer experience by Dre.
