“This is my go-to UPS Store in Baltimore. It’s located in the Rotunda, where I go for physical therapy, do banking, buy groceries and pick up desserts. On top of location, however, the associates at the store are always helpful and informative. The wait times are usually very short.”

“The people here are great. I needed a rush order of programs for my mother's funeral, and I was quoted quickly at a reasonable price, and they got the project finished in essentially half a day. It looked amazing, unfortunately we figured out after printing that I hadn't numbered the pages for them correctly. Instead of pointing the finger and making me feel like an a**, they just got to work fixing it, without extra charge, and printed an extra 100 for me all by the next day. The manager/owner (not sure) gave me a funny but thoughtful talk about appreciating the time I had with my mother and sent me on my way. I felt really valued as a customer. They were excellent. The quality of the product also exceeded my expectations. I don't live in VA anymore, so I probably won't need their services again, but I recommend them to anyone who does. These people take pride in their work.”
“I love the cube. The concept, Black girl magic, childcare, and location are great. I wish there were more kids/ more awareness of the childcare option and more general members there daily. The event space is flexible and great for different kinds of events. The conference rooms and outdoor space are cute and great options for meetings. I do wish the conference rooms or unoccupied offices were available for use when not booked to make calls or take quick virtual meetings to not disturb others. Overall I recommend it.”

Was planning on purchasing packing tape to seal the box but one of the team members greeted me at the door, took the box, said they'd take care of sealing it and applying the label, then showed me how to print my receipt. I was in and out in 2 minutes tops and he was so kind! Customer service doesn't exist anymore, it was so nice to have such a pleasant experience.”

Yes, the store is crowded sometimes but the staff is adept at handling business and keeping line moving. There has never been a problem that Raj was not able to solve. I think if I ever moved out of the neighborhood I would come back to use this UPS store.”
