“So close to my house and didn’t know it wasn’t just for contractors had 4 inch baseboard Home Depot and Lowe’s didn’t for way cheaper and it wasn’t MDF!! The warehouse guy shrink wrapped it all and helped me get 5 16’ pieces of baseboard in my truck couldn’t be more pleased”
“The people here are real nice and you have to work within the parameters of your scheduled appointment for delivery.Some driver's get snarky or belligerent if they don't get their way to unloaded when they arrive.All loads are done by appointment it's that simple. If they have time to incorporate you into the scheme of things they'll sometimes obliged you and unload you before your appointment time. Just be nice and courteous it goes a long way, super bunch of people to work with.”
“They just opened in my area, I've never been to one before. I came in to get my step-dad a tool kit. I am clueless when it comes to this stuff but the staff was so friendly and helpful. Every staff member I walked passed greeted me. A guy stocking shelves asked if I needed help (im sure I looked lost lol) I showed him a picture of the toolkit and he took me right over to it and was super nice. I hate asking for help because a lot of store associates make you feel like youre bothering them but that was not the case here. I'll literally recommend this place just based off how helpful, friendly, and respectful all their staff was”

They were going to have to order just the cap, since they only had the whole kit, but they were nice enough to break apart the kit and just sell me what I needed so I didn't have to drive back up when the part came in”

“If you are looking for Brass hardware and/or brass railings for a shelf (i.e kitchen, coffee, whisky bar) then it's solid brass and in the DMV. At the tumenof this writing, they do ship for free if it's over 125/150 but I needed the product sooner so took the drive up. While I was waiting for everything, I found some cute trinkets for gifts at their antique shop. There's an older lady at the register who's very kind.”
