“I had a pleasant experience with 3 people at this location; although, the confusion was specific to the conversation I had with someone by phone. I do recall this bank being open on a Saturday. What changed?”
“This bank is not closed at all.Google has listed them as "Temporarily Closed" for nearly a year. But they have been FULLY OPEN the whole time.I have spoken to people at this branch and they have made DOZENS of attempts to get Google to fix this and remove the "temporarily closed" notice here. This not only hurts this branch of the bank but it hurts us customers too.When is Google going to get its act together and REMOVE the INCORRECT TEMPORARILY CLOSED message here?Honestly the Osborne branch of Truist is probably owed some money by Google at this point, for incorrectly listing the bank as closed for nearly one year. This has probably cost that branch a lot of money by now.NOTE: They just ( a few months ago) went through a name change (before they were SUN TRUST) and now they are TRUIST but it's still the same company,Google has incorrectly listed BOTH Sun Trust (Osborne branch) and Truist (Osborne branch) (both are the same Bank) as "temporarily closed" when they are NOT closed at all.”

“Just wanted to send over a thanks for the great rates and your customer service is always fast and helpful. One time the rates were raised right after I opened/deposited and the CSR was happy to give me the new rate. Thank you I'm a little worried from reading the other reviews, but so far... I'm pretty happy with them. The only drawback on their CDs is that the early withdrawal isn't so graceful.”
