It's like visiting El Salvador or close to it. In spite of feeling like a foreigner in your own country, I have found the staff very helpful. Otherwise it be a 1 star rating.

The store is clean, organized and spacious. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful at my times of visit. Miles in the Customer Service department is always a big help. Keep up the great job.

Just a note, when an employee needs to use the home Depot app on there phone to see where the road salt is located, more training is in order. She was also unsure about what kind of salt (ice melt type) I was talking about.
