“My experience was great’ Daniel and Ama, they literally went above and beyond for me. It was Saturday night the night before the snow storm they closed at 4pm, I literally arrived at 6:34pm and knocked on their locked door seen the gates down but I still had hope. Daniel came to the door and I explained to him that I had a package pick up he kindly asked me for my ID Knowing that they closed 2 hours ago he still went out his way to find my package I stood at the door he let me in once he found my package and let me sign for it. I truly appreciate it because I really needed it and especially before that snow storm hit. They did an awesome job this was the true epitome of excellent customer service because they didn’t have to let me in or retrieve my package. They were very polite, kind and friendly! Thank you Daniel and Ama I truly appreciate you guys.”

“My review is about Warren. Previously, for years, I would have gone anywhere else. The store is always made me feel like I was an imposition. They nickeled and dimed me, they weren't forthcoming with information. It was uncomfortable. Since Warren has started waiting on me, things are easy. He is helpful. He doesn't make me feel like I screwed up, he gets it done, he says thank you, and off I go. Completely different experience. Now I will come 8 minutes here rather than driving 20 to the post office.”

“Not sure how recently they implemented this but they now have a self service station off to the side that I found to be super handy! I mainly only find myself coming in for Amazon returns, and this machine makes it super simple to do so! I just have to scan my QR code, (or the label's barcode if I already printed one) and it tells me to grab a bag below and click to print my label. I can then drop my bagged and labeled package into their mail drop and do as many more as I need or finish up and print a receipt there too!

It took a second to figure out the first time but after that it made my UPS trips effortless as I can just scan my packages in myself and even obtain a receipt all from the same kiosk. I would love to see a version of this system implemented nationwide and even making it like the USPS has it where you can enter the building in off-hours and drop off if needed.”

“This UPS Store was a pleasant surprise simply because it was a minute since the last visit. I have to say it is much better looking interior as well inside were two excellent clerks. I had called first to ask if they had someone there who could be of
help to bring inside a really heavy box that was in the trunk of my car parked outside in the front of the UPS store. It was a tall order to ask. She said, nobody was available only because they could get injured & without the insurance coverage they are not allowed to assist the customer with their heavy boxes or parcels. I had completely understood perfectly where she was coming from; but I still needed help with getting this extremely heavy large box out of the trunk of my car. Right? The same employee offered anyway to help me. So relieved that the two of us were able to bring the heavy parcel inside the store without incident. Thank U god. Yes. It was nice her to risk possibly being injured; but when I asked if she was hurt, she said no & was okay. Whew god is good. “All the time.” While the whole process was met with its challenges and the help of the second employee who assisted me with getting the phone number of the company from Google search the boxes that got the “ball rolling.” However; the preexisting information from this company for printing the labels was not correct & the clerk was unable to proceed on her computer to print out the mailing labels need for UPS to ship for delivery. This was the “hold-up” for us. My presence was obviously noticeable to the incoming customers. But the employees were able to control the busy traffic with such amazing team work. I’m totally & absolutely impressed by them. Everything went so smoothly in the UPS & it didn’t disrupt them as I sat in front of the counter but to the side. I tried not to be in the way of the many customers who by the way were great also. Finally, after being on hold many transfers all the while the company’s customer service over an hour. The UPS store had the necessary capability to print out the two much needed mailing labels for the boxes. However, i was taking care of business (time) in the weekday that was productive & not wasted time & energy. The job “well done” by two amazing employees who I greatly recommend at this UPS Store&
appreciated so much & thank U two. Keep doing what you’re doing. Best.”
