“AMA assisted me today, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient and processed all six of my returns without making me feel rushed. She was kind and gentle throughout the entire interaction.
What really stood out was that, while helping me, she still took the time to warmly greet every customer who walked in and politely let them know she would be with them shortly. That level of customer service is truly appreciated.
I always have a great experience at this location because everyone is friendly and professional. The manager (who I assume is the manager since he is there every day) is consistently welcoming and greets every customer with kindness.

“Not sure how recently they implemented this but they now have a self service station off to the side that I found to be super handy! I mainly only find myself coming in for Amazon returns, and this machine makes it super simple to do so! I just have to scan my QR code, (or the label's barcode if I already printed one) and it tells me to grab a bag below and click to print my label. I can then drop my bagged and labeled package into their mail drop and do as many more as I need or finish up and print a receipt there too!
It took a second to figure out the first time but after that it made my UPS trips effortless as I can just scan my packages in myself and even obtain a receipt all from the same kiosk. I would love to see a version of this system implemented nationwide and even making it like the USPS has it where you can enter the building in off-hours and drop off if needed.”

“It was an amazing visit. I always go to either print stuff out, get banners made, or just to pick up school supplies for my siblings. I had a staff member that was there who had beyond exceptionally great service. She was friendly, respectful, and got the job done faster than I could even finish taking my phone out my pocket. I have to commend people like that due to their due diligence and their great customer service. I forgot her name, but I will make an edit to the post once I go back if I see her again.”
“Imma give 4 stars because prices are good pick up is good but when it comes to track information there no communication at all how am I going to know when my items reach its destination the communication is very much so poor now in due times my three stars may change but for now I still have not received any information on where my borough is that supposed to have been at its destination on the 13th I will absolutely love if someone could communicate so that my family can get their items please”

“This UPS Store was a pleasant surprise simply because it was a minute since the last visit. I have to say it is much better looking interior as well inside were two excellent clerks. I had called first to ask if they had someone there who could be of
help to bring inside a really heavy box that was in the trunk of my car parked outside in the front of the UPS store. It was a tall order to ask. She said, nobody was available only because they could get injured & without the insurance coverage they are not allowed to assist the customer with their heavy boxes or parcels. I had completely understood perfectly where she was coming from; but I still needed help with getting this extremely heavy large box out of the trunk of my car. Right? The same employee offered anyway to help me. So relieved that the two of us were able to bring the heavy parcel inside the store without incident. Thank U god. Yes. It was nice her to risk possibly being injured; but when I asked if she was hurt, she said no & was okay. Whew god is good. “All the time.” While the whole process was met with its challenges and the help of the second employee who assisted me with getting the phone number of the company from Google search the boxes that got the “ball rolling.” However; the preexisting information from this company for printing the labels was not correct & the clerk was unable to proceed on her computer to print out the mailing labels need for UPS to ship for delivery. This was the “hold-up” for us. My presence was obviously noticeable to the incoming customers. But the employees were able to control the busy traffic with such amazing team work. I’m totally & absolutely impressed by them. Everything went so smoothly in the UPS & it didn’t disrupt them as I sat in front of the counter but to the side. I tried not to be in the way of the many customers who by the way were great also. Finally, after being on hold many transfers all the while the company’s customer service over an hour. The UPS store had the necessary capability to print out the two much needed mailing labels for the boxes. However, i was taking care of business (time) in the weekday that was productive & not wasted time & energy. The job “well done” by two amazing employees who I greatly recommend at this UPS Store&
appreciated so much & thank U two. Keep doing what you’re doing. Best.”
“I only come in here to mass print for my job. Every time I go in Niecey in the printing departmentis always working hard trying to meet the demands of clients asking questions and taking care of other tasks. All while helping clients in the self service section. She helped me to refill my printer all while tending to customers. She is true multi tasker all while maintaining great customer service! She even helped me with putting my prints in a box so they wouldn't fly away (it was windy that day!). I'll keep coming back as long as she works that section. She does a great job and it reflects great for Staples.”

“4-star service in my book. They delivered 2 large barrels to our home for only $10 delivery fee & then helped us pack up 2 large commercial box to shipped to Jamaica to help with the hurricane mellisa recovery. They were extremely busy for the November holiday & Christmas season but still took the time to work with me & help me packed my boxes for the shipping. They do take a while to answer the phone & a little time to get the return pickup barrel for final shipping, however outside of those 2 negatives they are great at what they do. Mr Kevin & front desk staff is very professional as well. Give them a try”
