“This UPS location stands out as the best I’ve ever visited. The entire staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly, but one particular staff member, Ama, left a lasting impression on me. It was rush hour on a Thursday, and I had several large returns to make. Ama went above and beyond to assist me. She provided a dolly to transport the packages, helped me navigate the store when the crowd grew, and even taped my packages when it was determined that my items would need to be returned in their original boxes. Throughout the entire process, she maintained a warm and friendly demeanor. Not only did she make me feel less of a burden, but she also likely eased the frustrations of the growing line behind me by making jokes and funny comments to lighten the mood. This positive experience was just one of many I’ve had at this store. I commend the management and team members like Ama for their exceptional service.”

Most importantly was pleasant and easy to work with and discuss options. Update to this review: PC arrived and is up and running like it was before it was shipped. If I ever had to do it again would definitely come here.”

“I have been a customer here for a couple of years. It gets busy and the area for customers is a bit cramped once that happens. I have had a few experiences with unprofessional individuals on the staff, however, the majority of the staff are pleasant and congeal. There have been ones who seemed a bit “short” with me. Everyone is prone to having an off day, from time to time. I give people the benefit of the doubt once. After that, I just avoid them. I do enjoy the fact that my packages are always secure and stored with care. I have always received my mail, and have had it forwarded to me when I’m in Sweden, when I needed something important from the box. All in all it’s a good little spot for basic mailbox, printing and shipping services.”
