“Nice dealership with professional staff.
The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of hidden fees, and they also did not match the CarMax trade-in price, even though it was promised to me before I arrived at the dealership. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership. As I mentioned, the people were nice—Roman, the salesman, and Jackson from accounting were amazing. There was also a customer service manager who was kind enough to share his contact information with me in case I had any questions or issues with the car.
If you see attractive car prices, don’t get tricked like I did. There is a certification fee of $1,800, and they do not waive it. When I told them I didn’t need any certification or additional warranty, they said the work had already been done on the car, so they could not remove or reduce the fee.
Additionally, before coming to this dealership, I told them I had an approved quote from CarMax and asked if they would match it. They said yes. However, when I arrived, they offered $1,000 less, saying that CarMax does not account for sales tax.
Overall, just be mindful of these items before coming to this dealership.”
“They did a fantastic job on my 2024 F150. I was a little nervous, trying a new body shop, but they were able to get me scheduled for repairs within a week of my initial contact to them. The place my insurance company initially recommended was out almost 2 months. The entire process was smooth as can be. I received my truck exactly 2 weeks after dropping it off, which is the expectation they set initially. I’m very pleased with their services and will certainly use again if I need to.”
