“Had trimmer blades sharpened and they completed a really good job on them! The staff was very knowledgeable and very courteous! I removed the blades before hand! *Which is an undertaking (Professional grade Stihl hedge trimmers) They were very appreciative that I brought them in like that because they are much easier to sharpen and possible to do a more quick and thorough job! I'd recommend Rentals Unlimited to any and everyone! Just for the machinery available to rent! Amazing amout of products for rent! Great job Rentals Unlimited!”

“I've been renting from the Clarksburg, MD location for about 10 years now and I've never had a bad experience. The equipment is always in good shape and they'll give you a quick run-through on how to operate anything. Just rented a backhoe and it was almost brand new. Great service and great equipment.”
“The location in Frederick, MD was fine but the issue that I've always had with Uhaul is that I show up and the vehicle never has a full tank of gas. Not only does that mean (if it's low) that I have to fill up right close to the pickup location (usually for a bad price), but I have to guess approximately where the gauge needs to be when I return it, and hope that it's close enough to whatever 1/8th of a tank that I don't get gouged by the company for $5/gallon. So I'm either underfilling and getting highway robbed or overfilling and giving Uhaul free fuel out of my own pocket.
Just make it a policy that the tanks be full on pickup and return; it's not that complicated.”
“I rented a boxtruck at this location and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Didn't get names but I couldn't be happier with the entire process. They called to confirm my reservation and that I needed a liftgate and brought one in from another location. Truck was clean and in great condition. The service and professionalism was excellent from booking to retuning the truck. Thanks to everyone for being so awesome to work with. The staff at this location really deserve a raise. The level of customer service here was above and beyond. Thank you!”

“Miguel took very good care of us and got us in and out very fast. He was very friendly and apologized when he didn't realize I was waiting (it was maybe 5 minutes). We were a little confused on why the door was locked but it was just because they only had one person and he was cleaning cars. Over all good service!”
“Please make sure you triple check the odometer when a moving truck is returned after hours. For some reason I was overcharged an extra 3000 miles which made my bill around $4000.00. This was clearly an error as there is no way I used that many miles. I only did one round trip to my house in Hagerstown from Frederick. Once I brought this to the attention to the manager she quickly refunded me the extra miles. So I was happy and relieved to see that I was only charged for the correct miles as I only used 69 miles. Overall I was pleased by the truck space, ease of use and we were able to get all my apartment stuff to fit in the truck. Yes I do recommend this location for any future moving needs. Thanks for fixing my issue.”

“So after going to a local nursery and looking at Christmas trees, attempting to shop local for the holiday... I just could not stomach paying that much of a premium for a local vendor. I'm 100% willing to chip in a bit extra to buy local. But this nursery, about 8 minutes away from Home Depot, was almost twice the price for a tree that was 2 feet shorter. Some of the cheapest trees there were 80 dollars, and they were a bit rough off. Most of the trees we're 109 and up. So I made my way over to this Home Depot and found a tree that's about 6.5 feet for about 60 bucks. I'm sorry local nursery. Like, I said- I'd be fine with a bit of a mark up... but not a 100 percent markup for a shorter tree. I'm sorry, I just can't stomach that ;/ In any event, I ran into this place and the guy in the nursery was SO helpful. He asked me a bunch of questions about the tree I wanted. I'm always a little bit lost when shopping for trees. Do I feel confident that I know the difference between a fraser fir, balsam fir, noble fir - absolutely not. Do I know the difference between those and a white pine... yes. I know A LITTLE something lol. Just not a lot of something. So the super nice guy took down some trees for me, cut off the netting and shook them out just so I could see all the branches. He was as nice as could be. Then, the young gentleman who attached the tree to the top of my car was also as pleasant as pie. Is that even a saying? It should be if it isn't one. He was a super nice guy who I found out has worked at Home Depot for 5 years now, and he's planning on going into the Air Force soon enough. He did a solid job of attaching my tree to my car roof, and he was even hesitant to accept a tip when I offered it. I did insist that he took it. All in all, a solid wonderful experience at Home Depot in Germantown getting a tree. It was secure as could be on the way home and I love how it looks all trimmed up :)”

“I've been renting here for a quite awhile now and had nothing but great experience's. I down sized to a smaller unit because I was only utilizing a 3rd of my unit. The gentleman ( John I believe) actually pro-rated the last few days I had left in that months cycle. That was pretty cool! all in all great experience . cant leave out Nicole as well. she answered all my questions over the phone with out hesitation!”
