“I have been bringing my car to this NTB ever since I moved to the DMV area nearly 10 years ago now. The staff are always courteous and professional, they have taken the greatest of care with my car when any repairs are needed. There is staff on hand that know how to drive manual transmission vehicles (which some shops do not), so I never have to worry about damage being done to my car by someone who does not know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle. If they notice anything else while working on my car I always recieve a call and am told what has been found, an estimated cost of repair, and am asked if i would like the additional repair(s) to be done. Also, they do not create BS stuff that needs to be done on my car that actually does not need to be done. Being a woman, this has happened to me at many other repair shops. I am soo glad I have found a repair shop that does not do that. They always tell me like it is, which I highly appreciate. You won't regret bringing your car here for work that is needed. I sure haven't!!!”

"Safelite does not replace windshields on any vehicle older than 20 years..." per Safelite. Similar response from another company, 30 year limit .
Called D&S Glass about my Jeep. They ordered the windshield along with trimming parts. Once the parts were in, they called me for an appointment. It was fixed the same day 4 hrs later. That day, they also replaced a windshield of a much older Jeep. Definitely recommend them for all car windshield needs.
Very professional, friendly and courteous. Been telling all my neighbors about this great place.”

“I took my car to have it inspected in Maryland and they failed it for what I thought were small things and then found other problems and wanted to charge me $6,000!
Someone told me about Coleman's and how fair he was. He got up from his desk, came out and looked at my car and told me that the previous inspection was petty and recommended another shop to send it through inspection. I took his recommendation and my car passed with no issues! Coleman literally saved me thousands! Will be bringing my car(s) back for other repairs.”

“Overall, 5 star experience. For starters, I was skeptical. I always preferred the dealer for repair, but I decided to give them a shot. The techs are not only body shop knowledgeable, they are also mechanical inclined. Despite having a overall 5 star experience, there was a minor problem that was overlooked. I brought it to their attention and they took immediate action. Unfortunately, it was at the end of day. The following day, I mean at the crack of dawn, she called and said they are in possession of the part and it will be completed and ready for pick up in a hour or two. I arrived at the shop to retrieve the vehicle. As I was pulling in, I noticed my car as it was shinning like I first purchased it.. To my surprise, not only did they washed the outside of vehicle, they cleaned and vacuum the inside of the car.. Vehicle looks amazing. The total time for these repairs took onky a week. They was very fast and made me feel like they valued me as a great customer. Could be because I'm with Geico but either way they treated me good.. lastly, I was able to pick up and drop off the rental vehicle at this location. Essentially, it was a one stop shop. I have mango color charger and I love my experience here!”

Dave gave us the diagnostic print out as well as a text that included a video of the items needing replacement and he was able to answer and explain everything in great detail. The kind young lady that checked me in is very knowledgeable as well and very professional. I am glad that we used Wiygul Automotive Clinic of Waldorf for this service and I recommend them to anyone else looking to service their automobile. “Cox Auto Repair did an excellent job diagnosing my vehicle! They properly identified a bad water pump on the very first visit unlike the previous mechanic I went to. I specifically asked for a full diagnostic to get to the root cause of my coolant warning light, and they delivered exactly that. I really appreciated their honesty in explaining that they couldn’t complete the repair due to the type of turbo engine my car has, instead of just guessing or doing unnecessary work. Highly recommend for their professionalism, accuracy, and integrity.”
