“I'm sorry, I'm terrible with names, but....
Yeahhhhh I think a lot of the other people here are on the same page as me.
I don't fault the other employees, but the guy, who behaves very much like the owner (is he the owner?) seems to be, too damned busy. He's up in my face with suggestions and unsolicited information and it seems like he's super interested in giving you as much junk as you can tolerate and then getting you out of the store.
He also seems to talk over the other people who work there, and dismiss them. I'm not super thrilled when he's there. I'd prefer not to interact with him and just shop around and read some labels, and have a casual, relaxed experience. That's not going to happen with him around.
I find the young lady, and the very stylish (highway knight on 2 wheels vibes) gentlemen to be very helpful and not very pushy.
The older guy, who I'm pretty sure owns the place.... needs to stay in the back. Honestly, no offense, but most people are not there for what he's doing. They will deliberately avoid the place because of him.”
“Where did nearly a year for this to open. Very well satisfied. Very fresh good selections. Nice variety. Reasonably priced. Store inside is not large enough, also tight parking.
Only negative complaint is a charge for brown paper bags< horrible business model, for this County>”
“This store is a bit expensive, but the customer service is great and the organic food choices are satisfying most of the time. It’s best to shop earlier in the day and on certain days because sometimes the selection gets limited. I’ve always received help from the employees when trying to locate certain items and I absolutely love how they have trained their employees to give exceptional customer service. They are always willing to help and they will even load your groceries in your car for you. So even though the prices can be a bit high, I will continue to shop there and support them.”
