“Omg, I've been shopping at Nicks for years for there Meats and I finally tried there sub sandwich. That was the best Steak and Cheese I've ever had in my life. I brought my mom one who's is 84 years old and she loved it. It had so much meat on it, we could not eat all of it in one day. The prices are awesome. The Deli and Meat department is the bomb. Im a customer for life.”

“This store is a bit expensive, but the customer service is great and the organic food choices are satisfying most of the time. It’s best to shop earlier in the day and on certain days because sometimes the selection gets limited. I’ve always received help from the employees when trying to locate certain items and I absolutely love how they have trained their employees to give exceptional customer service. They are always willing to help and they will even load your groceries in your car for you. So even though the prices can be a bit high, I will continue to shop there and support them.”

“Great! I got the hams on sale and a very nice lady helped me at the register. I don't shop at Food Lion much unless they ham good sales and they're really beating all the other stores (Giant, Safeway and Walmart) now. I saw some great deals so I'm going back.”

“Was there today, used the self checkout, the lady with short hair that over sees the self checkout was rude.I've been to this FL a few times and hadnt be told you need to stand here, dont block this isle, which we clearly was not.Husband and I both looked confused by the way she was acting,I said No big deal, then she mocked me.I usually shop here at FL,Bryans rd,use self check out without so much crap, our workers are continuously walking around the registers helping people and watching.I really like the FL I was at today ,clean, well stocked.”

“I love getting BJ's gas but they really need to do something about people holding up line because they don't want to pull up to pump if their gas tank on opposite side of their vehicle. The pump will stretch to fit either side. If they are just sitting I go around and pull up to pump. Waldorf is the only site that has this issue. Capitol Heights even do the right thing.”

“I really enjoy shopping here because the store is always kept very clean and organized, which makes finding everything on my list a total breeze. The produce section is particularly impressive with such a wide variety of fresh items, and I almost always find good deals whenever I stop by. It has become a dependable part of my routine whenever I am in the area, and it really stands out as a great spot like the one located at Giant Food”

“We go here often. It is our go to Nigerian store in Waldorf. Ms. Blessing is very pleasant and helpful. She also gets on well with her repeat customers. It's like a big community of support system because you will find a host of business cards at the front.

Items here include a host of Nigerian products ; fish, goat meat, indomis, yam, plantains, tomato, pepper, green bananas, semu, and so much more. Make sure to support small business like this.”

“I popped over to Safeway in Waldorf looking for some car cleaner for my interior – you know, to prep for the big tea party on November 6th, celebrating our main man Trump! But would you believe, I ended up having to leave my prescriptions at another Safeway? Now, I've got those to pick up, plus I snagged some energy drinks. Bonus: there was a delightful sale on fresh Italian style pasta salad! Alas, I still couldn't find the car cleaner and, oops, I used up all my cash. Bummer, right?”

“Very clean and well stocked. Just noticed you have to scan your receipts from the self check out to leave the store. I guess to stop people from stealing?. Are all Safeway's like this??”

“Teisha and the other gentleman working today were extremely kind and helpful. I had been looking for a particular item and hadn't been successful in locating it. She was able to order it and the next time I came in (today) as soon as she saw me let me know she had plenty of the item in stock. She had only met me briefly once before! The store is very clean and everyone has been very attentive and kind. I drive out of my own county to come to this Dollar store and will continue to do so.”

“I stumbled upon this place locally and saw why some people called it a hidden gem on Google. We're from California so our idea of "Taco Tuesday" includes Cali-style street tacos and those can be found few and far between here in our new city. I entered and immediately thought of the local markets around where I grew up. Fresh produce (fruits/veggies/staples and specialties like Aloe and nopal leaves). The aisles were well organized and clean. There were multiple types of products ranging from Mexico to South America and even the Caribbean. The bread/pastries were fresh and looked so delicious! I was able to find the size tortillas I wanted and also order the carne asada and carnitas which was dressed with cilantro, onion, and pineapple. (It turned out delicious by the way!). There were also other goods including piñatas, toiletries, different cheeses and cremas, and so many other goods! Super affordable and fresh! It's connected to a taqueria which I talked my husband into trying very soon! Lastly, the cashier and other shopkeeper were keeping busy adjusting shelves and assisting customers. Definitely recommend for your next Taco Tuesday!”

“Well coming from NY NY and having a variety of Spanish markets, or bodegas. For this market being In Maryland very close to Waldorf you would have thought that there selection of not only Spanish foods, but vegetable would have been greater, but understandably not. So that being said it's still a stop and shop if your looking for special Spanish foods. Not all.”

“As a loyal customer of Abuja International for several years, I feel it’s important to offer a different perspective, based on my personal experiences and what I’ve witnessed time and again.

First, I’ve seen the owner and staff go out of their way to support the community. During peak holiday seasons and cultural festivals, Abuja International has consistently provided hard-to-find items and even donated food supplies for community events. I remember last December when they stayed open late to ensure families had what they needed for celebrations, even when it meant extra work for them.

Second, regarding customer service, I can personally vouch for how the owner handles concerns. On one occasion, I mistakenly bought the wrong type of palm oil. When I returned, not only did they exchange it without any issue, but the owner also gave me a small discount on another item I needed, simply out of goodwill. They’ve always handled exchanges and product questions fairly in my experience.

Third, Abuja International genuinely cares about the community they serve. They’ve supported local fundraisers and often provide flexible payment options to long-time customers in difficult times. I’ve seen them extend credit or small favors to customers in need. This is something you will
Not find everywhere.

Of course, no business is perfect, but I’ve found Abuja International to be a place that tries to meet the needs of the community with honesty and heart. The owner is approachable, and I’ve seen him act on feedback when it’s given respectfully.”

“Communicated the wait time well and kept me updated as things changed. Adjusted my time of service when they saw that I was waiting in store as opposed to dropping off. Would recommend to others.”
