“I would like to take an opportunity to recognize an outstanding grocery store manager. The manager is Brett, and he works at The Weis Market located in LaPlata, Maryland. Brett truly goes above and beyond to assist his customers and employees. The moment you walk in the store, it is clear that he takes pride in creating a welcoming, clean, and pleasant environment for both customers and employees. He is very professional, friendly, and attentive. He is eager to help customers in any way possible. His leadership and dedication to customer service does not go unnoticed. He assures that customers feel valued and he is genuinely committed to his chosen profession. I called him regarding a concern, and he was very pleasant and eager to help. The issue was resolved prior to my visit to the store. It is refreshing to see a manager who leads by example, and treats everyone with kindness and respect. His hard work and dedication is a wonderful reflection of The Weis Market and the Company. It is my sincere opinion that he provides superior customer service, and should be commended for a job well done. “It's the only 24 hour pharmacy open in Charles County anymore. The one on Rt. 5 in Waldorf used to be. If you work nights, like I do, then 24 hours is very convenient. The one in Target doesn't open till 9am and closes at 7pm. Not convenient for me.”

“I go to this Walgreens all the time, especially since the CVS next door is always absurdly busy. While the store is clearly chronically understaffed the staff is nice. The pharmacy part of the store is generally pretty quick and the staff there are also helpful/nice. I personally don't understand the low reviews, I assume it's because of the short-staff problems. While no store is perfect I have had way more good experiences here than bad ones. If you are bothered by waiting a little bit to checkout due to there only being one cashier then don't go. If that isn't going to bother you then I highly recommend going and avoiding the CVS.”
