I traveled down to the USPS located at Charlotte Hall and was met with compassion and the utmost professionalism from DIon. 30 seconds to make a copy. Victor was so professional, kind, efficient, and knew exactly what he was doing. The Department of State sent us a letter that her passport renewal application was received, but we completed the incorrect form and provided us with the correct form and instructions for next steps. Victor greeted us warmly. We had our part completed and Victor immediately knew what to do. What a breath of fresh air. I believe we were in and out within 7 minutes. I told Victor that he was a God-send. I was sharing this experience with a friend and she also commented that she has been serviced by Victor multiple times and the experience has always been phenomenal Keep doing what you’re doing, Victor! Your efforts are not in vain. God Bless”
