“Yesterday I became the proud owner of an Audi S5. My sincerest thank you to Devon, Jordan, and Audi of Frederick (Ourisman)! Perspective: last week my vehicle of 24 years finally died. In desperate need of transportation, I got a loan and began online shopping and making appointments. The first place I went to provided a horrible experience where I felt I was profiled and not taken as a serious customer (Mercedes-Benz loss, Audi's gain). The next morning, I received a phone call from Devon at Audi.from that moment on, I knew my wife and I were going to be treated with care, empathy, and respect through the entire process. Devon was nothing short of outstanding and Professional. Also, Jordan called a few minutes later to re-emphasize they genuine desire to earn my business and willingness to get me in my next car at the best price. Upon my arrival, Devon had vehicles set aside and keys ready to get us in and driving. He asked us how our trip went, provided refreshments, and talked us through what the experience was gonna be like. He took his time to walk us through all the features and differences of all the cars before, during, and after the drive. It was like talking with friends or family. Jordan also came by a few times to check on things and ensure we were at wase with everything. It was exactly what we were looking for the experience to be. When it came down to pricing and rebates, THEY DELIVERED! What they valued most was making sure we were happy and that the experience was positively memorable. It was all about the customer's needs and getting us in the car we wanted. It was never about us settling for an alternative. Even the financing rep (name escapes me right now) was genuine, friendly, and just an all around great guy when it came time to discuss maintenance packages and sign papers. These folks have probably made my wife and I Audi owners for life. Stopping here first when time come to get her an upgrade. Audi of Frederick, you are the absolute Best!!! Thank you again for everything!”

“Amazing service today at Autozone. I had a low beam headlight out on my vehicle. Empowered by having watched YouTube videos on how to change a headlight on my model vehicle, I confidently ordered a replacement online from Autozone, picked it up, and brought it back home to conquer the task.
After tinkering with it for 15 minutes on my own, I was embarrassed to have to go fetch my husband to help me. The light we purchased wouldn’t fit the connecter to my headlight and we concluded that I had been sold the wrong piece.
I returned back to the store to address my concerns. The gentleman at the counter was not remotely condescending when he asked me which headlight I was trying to change, low beam or high. Low beam, I assured him. Again, with sincerity, he asked “so, are you changing the headlight more to the inside of the vehicle, or to the outside?” The more lateral headlight is the low beam, and “people mix this up all the time” he assured me.
He came out to my car with me to see what I had done, and sure enough I had been trying to change the wrong headlight bulb. He actually changed the bulb for me at this point.
5 stars for this place. I was saved today from being too ignorant to own and operate my own vehicle, and the gentleman helping me wouldn’t accept any additional payment for what he had done.”

“It's never a good time to be rear-ended and my first thought was having to deal with the inconvenience and stress of getting my car repaired. However, Top Gun Collision made the process as painless as possible. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Emily and she immediately took charge. My anxiety levels vanished as Emily dealt with the insurance company and setting up my car rental. She was helpful, friendly, and very professional. The damage to my car was then assessed by Sterling, who was extremely knowledgeable and respectful of my needs. He walked me through the repair process and any parts that needed to be ordered. Sterling stayed in touch, by text, throughout the entire process and kept me updated on every step. Overall, excellent customer service and the work was exceptional.
If I ever need repair work done again, I will definitely return to Top Gun Collision.”

“I had damage my driver side door got an estimate of $400. To replace the door (from a junk car) from another shop. Went there for a 2nd estimate the guy comes out starts looking at it ask me if I want to try pound it out ( it curled and the wouldn’t close tight) I said yes he brings out some hammers and other tools pounds it door close tightly now. I asked him how much he said what’s it worth I said the moon would take $20 bucks and he did so I differently come back if I ever need body work done again!”
