“There is nothing worse than being on vacation and having car trouble. Mid week our van's check engine light started blinking while in Delaware. With to closest dealership 40+ mins away I set to researching local shops and found Hoban Service Center. Across two sites they had positive reviews and they did not disappoint. They were beyond helpful ensuring my car was assessed and fixed within one day. Thoroughly explained the issue (failing spark plug/coil) and provided an appropriate recommendation to replace all three to ensure no additional issues (van was almost at 100,000 miles which is the recommended mileage to replace these items). They were friendly and charged a reasonable price. If you are looking for a reliable place while vacationing I would definitely recommend Hoban!”

Me and my family had Jeremy install 3 remote start systems in our vehicles and he walked us through each option he offered, how he installs them not to void any warrantys, and ensures everything looks and works like it came from factory. “Fast and reasonable prices on having my AC recharged.... They quoted me one price but came in under that quote by about 40 bucks! I usually do my own work but if I have something that I cannot do myself I take it to Matt Wells @ Wells Auto Care. The lady with the thick Boston accent in the front is just as nice as can be and really fun to talk to. Great experience all around.”
“Arriving on vacation, I had inadvertently hit a high curb and quickly needed one new tire. My tires were only 4 months old but were apparently discontinued. I called many places, but only Rob was able to get me the tire I needed and the price was extremely reasonable. The next day they serviced my car immediately and 25 minutes later I was happily driving off. Rob was extremely kind and accommodating. “A different ship told me I needed all four brakes and pads replaced on my Honda ($750). I ordered the parts online and brought them to fleet to replace them. They told me the back ones didn’t even need to be replaced for another 10k+ miles and only charged me $135 to replace the front ones. Super fast, friendly and honest service. “I recently purchased a car that had been primarily serviced at OC imports. I contacted Josh at OC imports to get a service history on the vehicle. He was more than accommodating, giving me past service history. He remembered both previous owners of the vehicle and advised me that I bought a very solid car. He also told me that if I ever wanted to sell it back to him to let him know. So I've never had my car serviced at OC imports, but I can say their customer service is fantastic. Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world.”
“I took a weekend trip to Ocean City and my BMW decided to break down after I got there 170 miles from home. I made the decision to send my car home and stay to enjoy the rest of my weekend. AAA sent Steven from Bridge Auto and was extremely careful and professional loading my car on the flatbed.
