“I had to take my vehicle to Mitch’s because of a deer strick and no one locally wanted to touch it due to it being an exotic vehicle so when they told me they could handle it and was close to home I was excited! We ran into some delays due to importing parts and having to take it to a dealership for some computer work but every time I called the female receptionist was amazing! She was always super nice and helpful. I even felt bad for calling and she encouraged me to call every day if I wanted.
I needed information off of my vehicle during tax season to give to my accountant and they stopped what they were doing and went to the lot to get it for me.
Ironically during this process our new Maserati was delivered damaged so now they are getting it as well!
They also painted a part on my back bumper that was scratched from another incident while they were painting the damage from the deer. They did this for no extra cost as a curiosity for the long wait. I offered to pay and the owner refused he said he wanted to do it for my wait. Great guy and now I don’t have to worry about getting it fixed!
The work looked great, he took me outside and did a walk around. Everything looked fantastic! We will be dropping off the other vehicle next week.

“Great addition to the area. I’ve had a few different services done here. Rear tail lights were out, just a fuse but got it figured out quickly. They diagnosed a bad hub and had that done in no time as well. Basic oil change, another in and out.
