“After researching various tatoo/ear-piercing places who either asked me to sign my life away with ridiculous waivers, OR made me feel like I was in a Satanic environment, I decided to go back to basics and get my 2nd hole ear lobe pierced at Claire's in Westminster Mall on 3/29/23 by Carissa. I initially grilled her on her experiences and the piercing and sanitization process because I had gotten my 2nd hole done incorrectly a long time ago as a teenager, and I wanted to ensure that this was a positive experience.Carissa was very patient, kind and even used her "little (pink mechanical) ear" to explain the piercing and after care process. Her ear lesson was very informative and cute, she reminds me of a kindergarten school teacher. It's been almost 2.5 weeks and my ear looks and feels good. I would highly recommend Carissa for these services.”
