“My opinion ONLY, Big Lots is the best store that was ever opened anywhere. PERIOD!!!! The store employees are far best some of the kind hearted people I've come across in the Hickory Hill area. They are always working, doing what worker's are supposed to be doing to get the job done. They will even leave their work area to find a product you might not be able to find yourself. If I could work with my pain, I would work for Big Lots, I'm sure the Company wouldn't let me work for FREE. So I guess I can't work. Thank You Big Lots!!”
“Yesterday I dealt with the manager Tim at the Westminster maryland location. I had a very odd situation that needed resolved with a layaway purchase that I made. Tim listened to all of my concerns and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. Honestly, he went way beyond my expectations. I can honestly say he was polite, professional and competent. Kudos to Tim. I feel he went way above and beyond. 10 stars all the way!!!”

“Exceptional Service from Nadine at the jewelry counter and Virginia in shoes. When Belk told us they would ship our packages home, the sale, the assistance from these 2 ladies and the prices were a perfect fit for our shopping trip! We ended up being in this store for 5 hours. Feel bad cause the rest of the mall didn’t get any of our money. LOL?.

The downfall to it all as of today, is that we have not received one of the packages. The sales lady we left it with to ship our packages was off yesterday, so we will try and reach her today. I will keep you updated.
We had an issue, which I can say was not their fault, but Marcus? In customer service tried to handle the situation for his namesake me, “Aunt G”, to no avail!
Prayerfully, we will get our package and I can make this a 5 star experience?

“I will honestly say this place almost lost me as a customer - due to a variety of factors - it was going down hill fast. But, whoever took over has whipped it into shape! I already see great changes within the two weeks the store has started implementing new changes. Also, there is MUSIC - finally!! Thank you to whoever added the music back! It was getting so boring and drab. I actually sang while shopping today - it was nice! Noticed a whole line of nice Levi's jeans as well - thank you!! Bring back some color in the clothes - add those old retro neon signs LOL! Bring back clothes with style, shapes and colors again! I miss the old school Target back in the day! In any case - love the new changes - it's refreshing! Keep it coming! :)”
