“Lots of good household stuff. Not a place to bring kids, since they jam pack the aisles with everything under the sun, and you can't get two carts through. Great place for the elderly and soccer moms. The biggest gripe I have is the checkout lady aggressively trying to sell you a credit card. She has to be getting a commission. Happy hunting.”
“Yesterday I dealt with the manager Tim at the Westminster maryland location. I had a very odd situation that needed resolved with a layaway purchase that I made. Tim listened to all of my concerns and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. Honestly, he went way beyond my expectations. I can honestly say he was polite, professional and competent. Kudos to Tim. I feel he went way above and beyond. 10 stars all the way!!!”
“restroom review only!
super clean! located in rear to the left next to the toys. isolated from Customer Service so that's always a plus. quiet. spacious. ideal!”
“The online ordering with same day pick up is excellent. I have ordered and picked items up within an hour. The staff is polite and organized. Walmart never seems to have same day pick up available..,”

“I had such a pleasant experience at this store and the customer service given by Christina was absolutely AMAZING ! I truly appreciate that because its so hard to find good customer service from kind people she encouraged me.”
“I was beyond impressed with the quality, selection and value of the men’s clothing at this store. With brand names shirts like Tommy Bahamas for prices way lower than what I have even seen online. Moreover, the clothing was organized by size which made shopping a lot more convenient and enjoyable than what I typically experience. All said, I look forward to heading over to the store again as from what I understand they also turn over the inventory fairly quickly.”
“Great customer service.. especially Stephanie...she was so friendly and knew exactly where to find what I was looking for.. can't wait to come back.. hope she's working when I do...love target products”
“Really sweet people that can help you if you ask a question they will answer the best they can and for if you guys have kids and they collect squishy’s, Walmart always has them in stock”

“My opinion ONLY, Big Lots is the best store that was ever opened anywhere. PERIOD!!!! The store employees are far best some of the kind hearted people I've come across in the Hickory Hill area. They are always working, doing what worker's are supposed to be doing to get the job done. They will even leave their work area to find a product you might not be able to find yourself. If I could work with my pain, I would work for Big Lots, I'm sure the Company wouldn't let me work for FREE. So I guess I can't work. Thank You Big Lots!!”
