“Polite and accommodating. Got the job done. Went in for an oil change thinking it was 30 minutes. They were running late and I demanded up needing break pads. So total wait time 3 hours. I do have an extended service plan with this dealership and when checking out they didn't factor that in until I reminded them. So beware of the final invoice if you too have signed up for this plan.”
“Had an alternator go in my truck 200 miles from home towing my camper. Normally something I can do myself but with no tools and no way of getting part had to pay to have it done. Truck literally died in their parking lot had part on the way and installed in no time flat. Mechanic even helped me back my truck and camper out of their lot moving vehicles and spotting me in blind areas. Great service and friendly people. Hope to not need them again but if I have mechanical issues while in the area I know who I’ll be going to!”

“Josh was the silver lining to a bad end of Christmas Day. I struck a deer at 5 am on a far backroad in Salisbury. Within 20 minutes of calling AAA he showed up with a happy greeting and up beat personality. He made me feel right at ease with getting the car towed to where it needed to go. The best part about the experience was, after a crash - you’re frustrated and upset - and he came through and kept things light and took your mind off of what happened with good conversation. I highly recommend!!”

We met because I failed my vehicle inspection because I don't know what I am doing so after the failure I called them panic stricken high beams were an expensive addition to a vehicle.
