Their was a tiny misstep with the initial setup (no fault on their part) but they worked quickly to correct it and at NO charge. You can buy a computer anywhere but the service aspect is what sets any business apart...and Micro Center provides great service. It's now my go-to shop for all my digital needs.”

“I took my high end gaming PC to Advanced Computer Support when my monitor went black and unresponsive after some years of use. The company I bought it from was no help and essentially told me I was on my own. At first they could not figure out why it was doing this, and because of this they were not going to charge me for their services. I made the decision to have it taken apart so I could sell the parts individually and it was during this time that they figured out that my monitor was black because of a bad LCD inverter! They promptly ordered a new one and reassembled my PC and it has been working fantastic ever since! Would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing issues with their PC!”

“When I picked up my online order, it scanned as the right barcode but was the wrong size. After several minutes of confusion, both managers determined it was a corporate database error, and decided that the only way to ensure the correct size was to order a substitute item - a slight upgrade, which they'd give me for free.
I do appreciate that they proactively prevented me from getting the wrong size again.
However, it took them 45 additional minutes to resolve a quirk with their return process, meaning I stood waiting an hour in total while they called three corporate lines. Given that errors happen, I was pleased with their respectful response. Perhaps they could have brute forced the paperwork, or at least had me go home or browse the store while they sorted their problem out.”

“I was to receive a new TV shipment from my warranty company that was stolen upon delivery. After dealing with the warranty folks and the delivery company, I was told to talk to Best Buy to setup up delivery. When we went to the store, details were still confused. We finally got help from the store manager, who was able to find the paper trail and work things out. In the end, she arranged for another TV to be sent out. Funny thing, the TV was delivered the next evening. When we asked about the doorbell cameras, she was able to supply all the details. We bought the Ring system.
