“I had a very pleasant and efficient service at this location with Stephanie (and a lady in training). I did go ahead and make an appointment vs walk-in, since an option was available near to a convenient time for me, and upon arrival, the kiosk check-in was extremely efficient. I was then checked in by Stephanie and seen immediately (I arrived 15 min before my appointment time). Stephanie took my order, took my blood, and sent me on my way. Idk how long results will take, but I'd return to this location again.”

“While the phone check in process isn't fully clear the people there were very nice and helpful. It does take some time before being seen but it is good care.”
“The nurses were great! The lady that took my blood was excellent and I could not feel the needle go in. Before I knew it, 4 vials were filled. When I started to get lightheaded afterward, the nurse calmly instructed me to sit. The second nurse came around and poured a bottle of cold water on my head over a small waste basket. This immediately worked, better than drinking the water. These two did such a great job! My visit was 4/16/2026.”

“My 7 year old needed bloodwork. I called in the morning to inquire about walk-ins and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. She told me everything I needed to bring and mentioned that they were pretty slow today, and I would have no problem getting blood drawn today.
I went in with my two kids (7 years old and 4). The staff were incredibly kind. They made all of us feel so comfortable. The entire processes took 15 minutes (from the moment we entered the door to the moment we left). The phlebotomist was patient and gentle with my daughter and answered her questions and reassured her.
As a mom, doctor, dentist and anything medical related can be a lot with small kids. However, everyone at LabCorp Olney was so amazing (and not just with us, I saw how attentive and kind they were with other patients) and I’m incredibly grateful for everyone in this facility. Getting blood drawn can be scary for kids (or adults too), but having friendly and kind people helps make it a bit less scary.”

“I've been sending Sanger-sequencing and whole-plasmid-sequencing samples to Psomagen for a decade. I love and appreciate their service. They have great technicians who gladly re-queue my samples if there's an error. The best part is the quick turn-around-time. On Monday they picked up two of my plasmids from a dropbox. Four hours later, I had results (see image). I don't know how they do it, but I'm grateful. Thank you.”

“If you have cash to pay for gas, you go to the Freestate. If you don't have enough cash, you go three doors down to the Gulf Station on Hungerford Drive because their price for cash is the same as Freestate and they only charge 5 cents more if you pay by credit! Seriously best deal in town. They are pretty good at keeping their cash price exactly the same as the Freestate. There is an ATM inside but I have never used it. No perks. Don't need them. Just cheap gas and miles earned on my credit card. Thanks!”
“My co-workers and I had been exposed to COVID. Granted this location was offering rapid tests as we needed one to get cleared to return to work. It was hectic. Like most medical offices, this location was understaffed. Totally understandable. I have no complaints in regards to that. However, it was a little packed inside with everyone trying to check in and wait to get tested. I think we spent a little bit over an hour from check in time to getting our test done. The woman who did my test apologized for the wait and said that they were understaffed. I told her not to worry. The turn around results was 1-2 hours which is understandable as well. No complaints honestly just the crowd.”
“I was terrified of coming to Lab Corps because of the awful reviews so I am shocked that the experience was flawless.
The check in process was straightforward and Ben did my bloodwork. It didn’t hurt one bit. Fantastic experience.”

“Because of short notice health issues both my wife and I needed different tests. At check-in it looked like we were going to have a considerable wait. But within 30 minutes we were both in and out.
The techs were reasonably pleasant considering the workload and the facility was nice.
Also, the tech that drew my blood was so smooth that there was literally no pain. Wow!”
