“Absolutely enjoyed my experience at this place. I am tempted to say it’s the best public service experience I’ve had. Very clean facility, professional staff, free snacks and drinks including coffee, tea, hot chocolate. The wait time was very reasonable and it went quick.
Pricing is one of the best so far without insurance and they offer in person discounts.

“Jessica was very nice. I showed up without a code to my drug test from my employer because I am in the midst of onboarding. I hadn’t got the job yet but, I was on it. She encouraged me to call and text them to redeem my code because I was about to just go home and wait for them to move me forward with procedures. Evidently me calling them secured me a guaranteed spot on the job. In return, I wanted to leave this 5 star review as a thank you to her service and may God bless he courageous spirit. Today I visited this LabCorp for the fourth time. I keep coming back because they're clean, kind, and professional. Today was an even better experience. I had an appointment and was taken almost immediately. The thing I want to highlight, though, is my phlebotomist, General. He was a complete pleasure to interact with and this was absolutely the most perfect blood draw I've ever experienced; if I hadn't been watching I wouldn't have known the needle was in. He was kind, pleasant, personable, and professional at the same time and was overall just lovely to interact with. I highly recommend this location and if possible, see General!”
“It was a good experience, first time being at this office, front desk ladies were very nice, check in fast at kiosk, they called my daughter in less than 10 minutes, the technician was so friendly with me and my daughter, even my daughter made the comment saying this places was great, we used to go to another lab but the waiting time was horrible and attention same thing so trying labcorp again and we both left very happy.”

“Hello, I visited Labcorp in Hyattsville a few weeks ago. I have come across three young ladies who are dedicated to their work. Kiya, Crystal and Latrice. Labcorp is fortunate to have three determined young women working at this facility. Their personality is sincere, nice, goofy, personal, etc. Due to their hard work, these three young ladies truly deserve a raise. I will come back to this facility. Additionally, this location requires an additional staff member due to the potential for crowding.”

“I read reviews before going to this Labcorp for my bloodwork and expected the worst since I was a walk-in. But I was taken in within three minutes.
Moreover, the phlebotomist was so lovely and caring (unfortunately, I didn't ask her name, but I'm giving her credit for being so nice). She even went to another lab to get the collection tubes we needed instead of canceling my order and sending me somewhere else.”
“Staff went above and beyond to get my lab order from mychart to their email. The file was corrupted so they had to do screen shots of the order. Grateful for their ingenuity and persistence.”
“Staff was very polite. Keep in mind the hours for Physicians is in fact different and is 9:00am to 2:45pm. Otherwise I have no complaints, great and conveniently located service.”

“I had to bring my son to get some repeated labs for his nephrology doctor. Yes it was a lot of people there, yes there was a line and yes we had to wait but it was worth it. The front desk Jessica has great customer service she made sure every patient that walked got a sincere apology for the long wait and they would be seen soon as they can and once we got to the back Ms. Marie was so nice and welcoming again she was very apologetic about the wait and thanked us for our patience. I want to say thank you to the staff because to there early on a Saturday morning with a big crowd is very overwhelming and you guys did great with keeping us informed. If I have to bring my child again for any labs this is my spot and if I got the names wrong forgive me I am bad with names……”

“The first time went i had a wonderfully experience. The second time not so much. Maybe it was the time once early morning second late morning. I did make appointments for both. It true you can not get a hold to talk someone. I need blood work before a treatment but there are no morning times to pick from. My procedure at 10:00am this Friday wanted to talk to someone to see if they can squeeze me in before my procedure. I coming from Maryland so I'm not in the areas.”
“My co-workers and I had been exposed to COVID. Granted this location was offering rapid tests as we needed one to get cleared to return to work. It was hectic. Like most medical offices, this location was understaffed. Totally understandable. I have no complaints in regards to that. However, it was a little packed inside with everyone trying to check in and wait to get tested. I think we spent a little bit over an hour from check in time to getting our test done. The woman who did my test apologized for the wait and said that they were understaffed. I told her not to worry. The turn around results was 1-2 hours which is understandable as well. No complaints honestly just the crowd.”

“Usually, I can have my blood drawn quickly. I have only one concern that every time I check in using the check-in device in the waiting area, I have to reenter my current address where I have lived for the past 5 years. The system keeps showing my old address, although I asked the staff to make sure they update my address, and they confirmed they have my current address. My web account also has the current address, but that little check-in machine persists in showing my old address, and that delys ny check in every time I visit labcorp.”

“We use this as urgent care for myself and my two kids. If we can we make an appointment ahead of time, and we’re always seen in a timely manner. They are able to draw blood for blood work and do x-rays right in the office, which is really convenient. Everyone is nice, polite, and helpful. We have been to most of the urgent care centers in this area and this one, despite being no-frills, is the best.”
