“Replaced two tires here and thought it was a good price and service, especially with balancing and everything included. Check your tire pressure caps after though - one of mine was barely on. I checked the PSI and it was correct.
Had a 9:15am appt on Sunday. Line was already started when I got there, so I ended up checking in at 9:24am. Then they called that my tires were ready at 11:18am.
Don’t forget to plan to drive a bit and come back to get your lug nuts checked after! And don’t forget to register your tire warranty online.
Had some issues with ordering the tires I needed through the app - takes longer than 5-10 days sometimes to arrive. BUT they’ll give you a refund if you need it, even after the tires you ordered are shipped/delivered, in case you decide to buy tires in the shop.”
“I had a great experience with Radial Tire. I called on a Thursday to see if they had the four specific tires I wanted, and they confirmed they were available. By Friday morning, I was there getting them installed.
What I appreciated even more was that during the installation, the team noticed something from a recent repair I’d had done elsewhere that wasn’t quite right and needed to be adjusted. They took the time to point it out, which allowed me to go directly back to the repair shop and have it corrected that same day.

“I brought my 2002 Toyota Tundra 4x4 in for an oil change, state inspection and an overall assessment. Having just moved to MD, Gary took me through the nuances of the inspection process, and communicated his assessment quickly and effectively.
When I dropped off the truck, I made it clear that I was open to whatever work was required on the vehicle—a risky proposition given my experience at other shops, but I wanted to get everything buttoned up in one go.
Gary and I discussed adding two services, an alignment and a door handle replacement (I figured I needed these) and that was it. Nothing more. No upselling, no scare tactics, just honest, great work, at a very fair price.
I also have a 2021 BMW going out of warranty this year. I’ll be taking it, along with the truck, to Allbrand for all maintenance and repairs going forward.”

“Winkler provides EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST service! It was the ONLY place that ACCURATELY diagnosed and fixed the issues causing my check-engine light to be on and my car to flunk DC inspection. Three other highly rated shops charged me diagnostic fees; one claimed to have fixed the problem (it had not) and the others gave me long lists of supposedly “urgent” repairs that would have cost megabucks and, as it turns out, would NOT have addressed any of the actual problems. Luckily, I called Winkler. Jeff, Winkler’s manager, was incredibly professional, patient and helpful. He immediately questioned the pricey fixes the other shops had pushed and assured me Winkler would get to the bottom of and repair whatever was going on. And it did! As promised, Jeff and his team thoroughly inspected my 2008 Honda Element, found the real culprits (missed by every other shop), repaired everything for a very reasonable price and kept in touch with me every step of the way (so there were no surprise costs at all). The result? My car sailed through inspection and runs better than it has in years. The bottom line: Winkler is the ONLY place that took the time to truly solve the problem, and it did so with integrity, expertise and fairness. “The service and quality of tires were great! I had a last minute need to replace two of my tires after failing the state vehicle safety inspection, and I am grateful for finding Kenilworth after spending hours looking and visiting other tire companies. The price for two really good tires were a fraction of what I was quoted at another tire company for new tires ($190 vs $740). The mechanic also was mindful to warn me about my wheel center caps not fitting securely due to the aftermarket white powder coating applied my wheels. I was able to sand down the paint and securely fit them back on without the risk of losing a cap while driving.”
