We really appreciated how personal the process felt, especially after we had looked into initially going through online vendors.I was also struck by Fleisher’s great selection of silver and gold jewlery— some great (and affordable) finds!My ring is stunning — beautiful craftsmanship and excellent quality. I had one concern with a prong being a little larger than the others and Fleisher’s addressed it immediately. Just yesterday I was able to purchase a Rolex Submariner 126613LN from Ahmed (Rolex Sales Specialist) with support from David (Rolex Customer Experience Liason), which is a difficult thing to come by considering Rolex’s current supply/demand situation. All were extremely knowledgeable, passionate about what they do, communicated well (and still do) and genuinely cared about a watch enthusiast like myself. The front staff and supporting employees were professional and kind as well.
