“I had a pleasant shopping experience at this store. That was until I realized I had lost my grandmother’s earring in the changing room. I called and spoke with Jessica. She moved everything around and found it. The earring is not worth a lot, but it was a gift from my grandmother before she died. The customer service I got from Jessica was unbelievable. I had ordered shoes from the official website finish line and when they came in last night, I noticed that they were dirty and they looked like they had been worn. I looked on the website and seeing that I was able to do a return in person. The closest location was Whitemarsh when I went in there the woman name.Tashia Was helpful. She explained everything to me and help me leave with a good pair of shoes. I was so pleased and so thankful I think that if you ever need any help that location is a great location to shop at.”

He could’ve easily sold us a new one just to get our money but instead he was honest, kind and so helpful! My daughter left with a new chinstrap and a big smile because her club helmet finally fit. “I went to PacSun on 6/14 and I rarely go to the mall—I prefer shopping online. I had the BEST time (which was evident because I spent way more than I planned). The entire staff was SO NICE and SO HELPFUL! So charismatic, checking on me and my cousins making sure if we needed any help or access to the changing rooms. I couldn’t find an item I was looking for and Corrie helped me look and asked could he see a photo of the item to see if it was in stock in the store. Naya not only helped us get dressing rooms but was so kind and patient. Inara and Will both helped ring us out and made sure we got our PacSun reward points and let us know about any possible sales. 100/10! I LOVE PacSun but rarely shop in store—I’ll DEFINITELY be back to this specific store. Bless everyone there. Kind, hardworking, young diverse staff. Keep it up!”
