I went Sunday around noon and found no lines, very friendly customer service and was out in 15 min.

Steph was very nice. Wait time is a little then it should have been. But very inconvenient that I couldn't get my controller there.

Kevin was great. He showed me a lot about Xfinity programs. He is the best. I was able to get my box and it's working well.
