I visited the Nottingham Xfinity store on Saturday, May 30, 2026. It was a beautiful weekend, so a crowd was to be expected. Right from the start, the young man who checked me in was preoccupied with another customer but was still incredibly efficient he registered me quickly and let me know someone would be right with me.

When it was my turn, I worked with Sherry, and she was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive, highly knowledgeable, kind, extremely thorough, and above all, a great listener. Looking around the store, I noticed that everyone working with a customer seemed to be doing their job well. I didn’t receive any negative energy at all, nor was I expecting to be serviced immediately.

I’m writing this after reading some of the negative comments online about time. Each experience will be different, but nowadays, it seems like no one has patience anymore and it’s sad. It’s insanity that everyone wants instant attention. The customer or customers in front of us deserve full attention just like we do. As paying customers, we need to do our part as well and bring some patience with us.
