“This is my absolute favorite Petco. It honestly may be my favorite store overall. The staff (in particular Koa, Chris, Jessica, and Kevin) are amazing to work with. All staff are honestly fantastic. Those are just the 4 I work with the most. In addition to friendly and professional, they’re very knowledgeable and make the best recommendations. They’ve taken the time to get to know my needs, my pets, and my interests and they make recommendations that are appropriate for us. Off the chart ratings for sure and a big thank you for always serving my family with care.”

“Ms. Tineal was very helpful when I asked her for a somewhat strange request today. I was nervous to buy straw for a stray cat I am caring for because when I was a kid, my parents put a bail of straw in the car, which resulted in an infestation of wolf spiders. One huge one crawled out of the cusions of the back seat while we were out to dinner and I was mortified and frightened for months.The straw I bought this time was bagged, which I had specifically looked for. But there were a few holes in the bag, which made me nervous. Ms. Tineal was very understanding and kind as she helped me patch the holes with packing tape. I felt goofy asking for this but she made me feel like my request was totally reasonable.”
