They close earlier than other pharmacies so when I was running late to pick up my prescription I called ahead and they buzzed me in upon recognizing who I was. That is what relationship is all about. Did not have that with CVS Livingston Road.”
“Sincerely adore this place. They are kind and do fantastic work. The medication box and delivery service have been a massive quality of life increase for me. I won't ever pick up meds from CVS again; the difference in quality in every single aspect of their service is night and day.
Note: This is inside the Medstar facility. The facility has a large parking lot but it is nearly always full. If you cannot walk long distances, I recommend coming with someone who can drop you by the door. While there's ample handicap parking, it is usually full, which is unsurprising given the nature of the facility.”
“Originally went to Verizon to pay my parent's monthly telephone bill. There was no electric in the Verizon store so the electronic registers, computers, & kiosk devices would not work. Had to pay telephone bill thru snail mail. Then I went across street to do some shopping in the Weis Grocery Store. Isn't this a nice story?”

CVS fails with these two things, however, the CVS pharmacy employees work nonstop and I have complete respect for their abilities and energy; it’s CVS corporate that needs to get moving to hire more qualified pharmacy employees.”

“Went to Sam's for coffee and ended up with PJ's for our annual family Christmas picture! Lol!Let's face it. If you go into Sam's you will need to open up your purse and give a few extra coins because they have such a wide variety of things available. Not only are their things you would find in a grocery store but there are fresh flowers, furniture, tires and clothes too.I also love their convenient prepared foods. I usually grab a rotisserie chicken with a salad for a quick Friday night dinner. I will say this is the first time I did have to wait in line for it. But it wasn't too long.Of course there is a annual membership fee but I always find a good deal on Groupon.I love Sam's but I have to limit my trips because I always spend way over my budget(in a good way)”
“After running into many obstacles with trying to get my bed bound 83 year old mother the COVID and flu vaccines, her PCP referred me to High Street Pharmacy. During my initial call to the pharmacy, I spoke with Dipen and he reassured me that she would be able to get the vaccines. He contacted her insurance company and then we made arrangements for him to come to our home to administer the vaccines to my mother.This in-home service is awesome!”

“Mr Kwame is so professional and kind. Hanson Pharmacy has by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in the local area. I never have to wait long for my prescriptions to be ready and if something needs to be ordered it’s in a timely manner. “Great Sam’s club however the cafe very rarely has vanilla ice cream and brownies. I’m not sure how they run out of vanilla but have chocolate. Knowing vanilla is a more popular choice they should ensure more is available. Sometimes I think the lady just doesn’t want to serve vanilla lol because she has told me they are out and I asked her to double check when she did vanilla ice cream flowed abundantly. I did the same thing another time and the same thing happened. Very strange.i can understand the machine not working but just not wanting to run the vanilla very frequently is odd. Always running out of other items as well and the soda machine is never working. The ice machine is extremely slow and when machine is down they substitute for a canned soda that does not even fill the cup more than halfway. As a paying yearly member I hope they resolve this sooner than later. I see a Costco membership coming very soon because I just live the perk of shipping and ending with a nice treat after.”

“I'm team Costco until I die. I'm in here 2-3 times a month. I was craving some pizza today which is absolutely fire every time I come here. Giving them four stars because they were being lazy with my pizza today. You have to apply the pepperonis everywhere. They missed a couple of slices #EatGoodAndBeHappy”

“I have encountered one of the best customer service experiences ever. I visited here today for the first time due to it was on my route to work. My prescription was scheduled for later today pickup. I had to be at work very soon and I spoke with the associate requesting an earlier pickup. She was very polite and helpful and actually had my prescription ready within minutes. Very nice person and I have to say this 1 time excellent experience required me to transfer all my prescriptions here! Thanks again! You provided excellent customer service!!!!!”

“On March 16th after a family affair we had a small get together at my brothers place. I ran into the store for a few things that we needed. The store was practically empty. I zipped down the isles and then made my way to the register. I was feeling tired so I went to a cashier and boy am I glad I did. Out of all the Safeway(s) in the area this is the first time that checkout was 100%. I approached the young lady named Wendy she said hello and did you find everything okay. She quickly checked me out even put my bags in the cart as they were filled with drinks. WOW! I paid and for the first time a cashier asked me do you play monopoly. I said you are the first cashier to ask me that. She smiled and told me to have a good night. Amazing, simply amazing. Wendy is top notch. Retail is tough - I was in the industry a few years ago. I looked for CS representatives like Wendy. They were hard to come by. Thank you Wendy for the greatest experience ever at a Safeway in the DC, MD and VA area. You're BRILLIANT and I hope your supervisors see this!”
