“I have been bringing my car to this NTB ever since I moved to the DMV area nearly 10 years ago now. The staff are always courteous and professional, they have taken the greatest of care with my car when any repairs are needed. There is staff on hand that know how to drive manual transmission vehicles (which some shops do not), so I never have to worry about damage being done to my car by someone who does not know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle. If they notice anything else while working on my car I always recieve a call and am told what has been found, an estimated cost of repair, and am asked if i would like the additional repair(s) to be done. Also, they do not create BS stuff that needs to be done on my car that actually does not need to be done. Being a woman, this has happened to me at many other repair shops. I am soo glad I have found a repair shop that does not do that. They always tell me like it is, which I highly appreciate. You won't regret bringing your car here for work that is needed. I sure haven't!!!”

“wow - if I could give higher than 5 stars I would… incredible experience from start to finish! Chuck H was amazing - super kind, knowledgable, not pushy. I walked in, fell in love with a Sportage (had the intention of wanting a soul) and we immediately proceeded with purchasing. Janet in finance was a powerhouse in the best way and taught me a lot about financing/ rates. My biggest pet peeve with dealerships is feeling pushed - but I never felt like that for a moment here. I asked for a tire ? rotation he came back and told me I needed three tires changed. I went to check with him and thanked him for looking out for my safety. They even test drove my car after the front end alignment and when it wasn’t quite right put it back up on the rack to adjust it so it was. “7 years later and still excellent, quality service!Yesssssssss, this is what I mean when I say awesome customer service.My friend needed new tires and after calling around and searching online, he found Southern Tire and Auto Center. The lady he spoke with on the phone before he arrived was sooo helpful and uber friendly. The desired tires were in stock so we headed their way.Once we arrived we were greeted and helped immediately. We asked if we could see the tire (Sumitomo High Performance, HRT All-Season) and we were told we definitely could. Once we made our way to the warehouse and inspected the tires we decided to go ahead with the purchase, as we were pleased that they would suffice. My friend has rims on his car, so he said the low profile was great.With the government discount (15%), a full set was $428.05....not bad at all! Definitely worth the money, plus they are great, high quality tires. You won't be disappointed at this venue.Thanks for the awesome customer service and quality products!!! Duly noted for any of my future needs!!”
“I was there for a vehicle inspection. It wasn't easy to be able to schedule it due to high demand. I didn't understand why it was that hard to schedule an inspection until I found out that their service is honest and they won't lie to you unless your vehicle requires repair. If you need a vehicle inspection, Southern Tire and Auto Centers is the place to go!
This shop has a warranty on every part they install on your vehicle, will honor it and will go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied.”

“I was given a call prior to arriving for my 10:45 appointment that there was an issue inside the building and would need to come to the side door to be serviced. I arrived on time, filled out some paper. Service Tech checked to make sure my tires were in and that they were in fact the correct tires because my wheels are staggered. The Tech said I could wait for it or wait outside. The store soon opened back up and I walked around for about 30mins, by the time I made it to checkout my car was completed and they pulled up to the front for me. I have no complaints and was pleased with my service. Very convenient and professional. Will suggest others for this service.”

I used to go to a different tire place, I won’t mention any names, and for the first time, they wouldn’t even give me a contact persons name to receive my tires I purchased from Tire Rack. So I took a chance with Mr. Tire and I’m glad I did. Not only were they less expensive, they were courteous, professional, and friendly. It took time to do the work because my truck wasn’t the only one they were working on, but they worked as quickly as they could and my truck drove smoothly with no issues. If you go into Sam's you will need to open up your purse and give a few extra coins because they have such a wide variety of things available. Not only are their things you would find in a grocery store but there are fresh flowers, furniture, tires and clothes too.I also love their convenient prepared foods. I usually grab a rotisserie chicken with a salad for a quick Friday night dinner. I will say this is the first time I did have to wait in line for it. But it wasn't too long.Of course there is a annual membership fee but I always find a good deal on Groupon.I love Sam's but I have to limit my trips because I always spend way over my budget(in a good way)”
