“The staff is absolutely wonderful, and they're always kind, supportive, and invested in our pets' well-being. They're *actually* affordable, call back immediately, and get you in ASAP (also sometimes the same day, if not within a day, of calling). I recommend them to literally anyone in the area, I love them.”

“There are not enough words that could express how utterly grateful we are for Dr. Pressman and his staff. We brought our handsome lab, Willie Joe, to Dr. Pressman's clinic when he started having trouble walking. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was devastating to us, and we made the tough decision to send our boy across the rainbow bridge. Dr. Pressman helped us in the short time we had to make him as comfortable as possible. The decision was not made lightly. We selfishly wanted to delay it for as long as possible, but Dr. Pressman and his staff helped us feel better about the choice we had to make. They took the time to talk to us whenever we had questions or concerns. We never felt rushed or dismissed. I was happy to have our sweet boy go in such a caring place! We still have our cat and will be bringing her to Dr. Pressman's office for care going forward.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Saint Charles Animal Hospital and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for veterinary care. My dog had recently been bitten by another dog, and we needed to get his rabies vaccination updated. I initially had an appointment scheduled at a different animal hospital, but I decided to switch to Saint Charles Animal Hospital, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and promptly taken into a room. We arrived pretty early for our appointment, but it honestly never felt like we were sitting around waiting. The front desk staff and veterinary technician checked on us several times and even offered us water and refreshments, which I really appreciated. The veterinary technician was wonderful with my dog and even took an AMAZING photo of him that I absolutely love! ?? It was such a small thing, but it made the experience that much more memorable. When the veterinarian came in, she was just as welcoming. She came right over, introduced herself, and shook my hand, which I thought was such a nice and professional touch. She was very warm with both me and my dog, completed his physical exam, and administered his rabies vaccination quickly. Everything went smoothly, and we were still able to leave on time. The facility itself was extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There was no noticeable animal odor at all, which honestly impressed me for a veterinary hospital. The physical exam was a little pricey for me since I don’t currently have pet insurance, but the quality of care and overall experience were excellent. My dog is generally very healthy, so this was actually my first time needing to take him to a veterinarian for something like this. Considering the circumstances surrounding his visit, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They also provided us with a plan of care and recommendations for follow-up, and I definitely plan to return to Saint Charles Animal Hospital for his future veterinary needs. Everyone we interacted with was kind, attentive, professional, and made both of us feel comfortable. If I could give them 10 stars, I’d give them more than 10! ⭐️? I would absolutely recommend Saint Charles Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a place to take their pet for vaccinations, checkups, follow-up care, or other veterinary services.”

“We have used them since being stationed in the area in 2021 and every interaction has been great! They give a military discount, if that applies to you, and are always willing to send an estimate of charges for any visit so there are no surprises with cost. Everyone we've interacted with has been so kind and loving to Luna!”

“Incredibly kind doctors nurses and front desk staff. We moved from Southern Maryland to Annapolis but we loved this vet so much we now travel for checkups of our three pups.”

“Our little dog (Chance) has been going to All Cats and Dogs for almost 12 years and we have only good things to say about them and his care. Before Chance our late Smokey also went there as far back as when they were traveling vets.(about 12 year). When the time came that we had to send our beloved Smokey over the rainbow bridge Dr. Smith stayed with us and cried with us. That just how caring they are. She had been seeing Smokey from the time he was born. That’s how we found them and we are so thankful we did. You won’t find a more caring veterinarian clinic anywhere in my book!”

“The experience was satisfactory, although the facility would benefit from a thorough renovation as it currently appears somewhat worn and unclean. The wait time was manageable, and I was finished within forty-five minutes.”

“It’s very unfortunate for both the staff and patrons that Banfield allows corporate to regulate scheduling without having accurate, real-time availability for the individual location. This creates unnecessary frustration for everyone involved, and I really hope this scheduling issue is addressed. This is what deducts a star from my review. That being said, this Banfield location operates beautifully on the ground, and I consistently have a great experience when I’m there. The staff does an excellent job despite the scheduling challenges, and Sierra, in particular, is a phenomenal receptionist! She is always wonderful to interact with and truly deserves recognition.”

“The staff was very nice and welcoming. My dog’s vet tech Jen was very nice and made me feel my concerns for my fur baby was valid. She took the time to get to know me and my furbaby. I didn’t feel like I was just pet owner.”
