“This branch of M&T is the best at customer service! I'm a customer of another bank entirely but needed to handle an estate account at M&T and this was the closest branch to me. Robin Woodring was so kind and helpful with closing out the accounts with multiple beneficiaries in different states.
At another visit I ran into an issue with M&T's probate department and Tracie Testerman went to bat for me. She was knowledgeable and calm under pressure!

“I've been banking with APGFCU for over 10 years now. Its not as great as it use to be. They just now got Tap to Pay (last bank to get it) they use to not charge ATM fees, now they do. Interests rates on savings are pretty low. They have a High Yield Savungs account but that requires minimums. APGFCU is more of a big bank now and less of a Credit Union.
Also if you live outside of Harford County, best bank elsewhere due to lack of branches outside Harco.
Customer service however has always been great. Real people to deal with and no AI”

“I like this branch alot. Accessible for my Mom, park car less than 10 feet from ATM.. For last few years they've been helping me since divorce. Got me the best refinance on house. And because of my work hours they have often set aside times for me I otherwise couldn't do. People always friendly knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help.”
