“At first it sucked. I went to the Hagerstown location and my POD was not outside for me to get access. If it wasn't for this very nice POD driver helping me and my brother to locate it inside instead of outside then this would have been a very crappy day.”
“Very very nice place. Clean units. Dean was very helpful. Explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Showed me different size units to better help me. I feel very safe going in an out there. I would recommend this place to everyone. Giving 5stars.”
“It was an easy process to purchase a space! Staff in the office were super nice and helpful.. The only thing I don’t like is there aren’t enough parking spaces at the office , which is no reflection on the staff they don’t control that ..”
“Tiffany is outstanding with her customer service and performance. Our trailer was too large to safely put in a spot. She went out on site the next day and did a personal inspection on what our possibilities were and had them written down and ready the next day (Since we came in so late) Highly recommended.”
“Wonderful as usual! I like how the whole facility is gated and you need a passcode to get inside. The rates are much cheaper than other storage facilities too. I've unfortunately been forced to pay double the amount I pay with Self Storage Plus at another storage facility that is not gated at all, it's got both mice and spiders, and the same exact size bin. I won't mention any names, but I've been being ripped off royalty with the other storage facility! And the rate goes up all the time, too! At the time, I had no choice. I couldn't find any storage facilities that had the large size bin I needed available. 5 years later and I could have a brand new car with all the money I've paid this rip off place!!!”

“Due to unforseen circumstances my belongings ended up being in Valley Storage a bit longer than was first intended. But I thank you for keeping my things safe and secure.”
“LeAnn was a sweetheart and took care of me right over the phone. She was knowledgeable about your business operations and very engaging personality. I booked a storage room with little to no effort! Highly recommend”
“My go to storage place every time they are very helpful and usually have something available Cheaper then you think too I’d highly recommend you choose valley storage for all your storage needs.”
“Beaver Creek has been really good to me when I have needed their help with any issue that I have had with my unit. I appreciate them truly. I would recommend them to anyone.”
“Very reasonable, polite, onetime. Would highly recommend. They did an awesome job! Nothing was damaged. Even asked where I wanted things in the new house. Highly recommend and I will use again for moving.”

“I have lived 2 years at Spring Mills Apartments. Jenny and staff are a great management team. Jenny is both kind and very responsive on any issue no matter how small. I strongly recommend Spring Mills Apartments to anyone new to the area.”
“(East Baltimore St. facility) A superior facility, offering CLEAN well-maintained units. Excellent security: bright nighttime lighting; strong chainlink, perimeter fencing; easy 24/7 access via electronic keypad. The management team are super friendly and very responsive. I've been a satisfied customer for almost ten years, and couldn't imagine going anywhere else.”
“Wonderful experience once again? Appreciated had an emergency, so they allowed me to turn my truck in late ! Much appreciated! Job well done thanks for the wonderful service”

“Top notch service: I've been using this facility for over 6 years, and i love it. They always contact you first if somthing went wrong with your card. The area is always clean with no trash or clutter. It's a little hard to get a unit here latley, but still the best in town.”
“24 hr access to units! Clean, safe, and if you have any questions they respond very quickly! I've had a unit here for 3 years now. The price has increased yearly as I got in when they were new, but are very fair and comparable to .ist local places.”

“We had a great experience renting an auto transport trailer from this location. I made a reservation online the night prior. Pick-up the following day was quick and easy. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. The man assisting us was very polite and friendly. He knew what he was doing without any hesitation. An all around pleasant experience. Will definitely rent from them again!”

“Having rented storage here with the old management company and still now with the new management/rebranding I must say it was already a well ran facility, but now it is exceptionally well ran. The units are in good condition, fairly priced, well maintained, and the personal attention given to the renters is top notch. It's rare nowadays to do business with a company that doesn't just say they care about their customers, but who's actions show they truly do care about their customers. Robin who goes above and beyond with every customer interaction, regardless how big or small, is a perfect example of the kind of customer service provided. I would highly recommend anyone in need of a little or a lot of extra space to check out the facilities and move in deals, you won't be disappointed.”
