The ONLY bad experience there was their Black Cashier!! Kept pushing my stuff down which they fell & didn't bother to help & was giving Her Ugly look for me to hurry up & bag my stuff”
“Excellent customer service, the gentleman that interacted with my son with while he looking for a graduation balloon for my grandson was polite and professional. The store was clean, spacious and didn’t have boxes of inventory cluttering the aisles. I would definitely shop here because of the customer service.”
“Love the long mumus or whatever people call it. The long nightgowns with tribal designs on it. Seems like a Mexican based spot for clothes only because I noticed a lot of the shirts say Bonita or has skulls on it. But if you have time to search it’s decent selections”
“Nothing but good experiences with Miguel and the staff at Liberty. I've purchased several appliances here for my rental properties. Always easy to work with and delivery is usually the next day when I opt for delivery. I've also picked up my appliances and they help me load it into my van. What really sets them apart is when it comes down to servicing the machines. I've purchased appliances at other vendors and if something goes wrong the turnaround time to get someone to take a look at it is weeks or you can't get them on the phone. Not the case at Liberty. Had a tenant clog the dryer they came 2 days later and repaired the issue and showed the tenant how to avoid it happening again”

Tonight, I had an especially great experience with Donna. She truly went above and beyond. I called the store looking for a specific item, and she took the time to check, found it for me, and even put it on hold until I arrived. I really appreciate her outstanding service and willingness to help.”
“I loved how huge this location was not to mention how well stocked and clean this location is. They LITERALLY had everything I was looking for and then some. The only BuMmer is the extra $.25 per item it really adds up I miss the real $1 Store lol, but you still get a great bargain for $1.25 depending on what you get.”

“I stop by here from time to time when I'm in the area to pick up little odds and ends. They have a very large selection of plastic goods, table clothes, housewares, and toys. I usually buy little 3 oz plastic cups to use as water cups when brushing my teeth. Whenever I have had questions--I have always been assisted and it never felt rushed. I feel comfortable and like my business is appreciated when I'm there. The store has a no frills kind of feel to it but always seems to have what you are looking for. Take some time and stop in whenever you are nearby. Prices aren't bad either.”
“I usually shop at roses when I got home to visit my family in Newport News, Virginia. I find it to be a very very well stocked place. I go to the roses that’s on route 17 and it is amazing. You can find just about everything there and the prices are extremely reasonable.”

The Staffing is Hidden Mist, sometimes nice and sometimes not so nice. Overall this company has become a staple in many low to middle-income families and is definitely a blessing. “It's a decent grocery store, better than the other Save-A-Lots. Good prices on selected items. The assorted pies be out-dated sometimes, couple mouths past expiration date. They have sales most of the time.”

The lady at the register helped me budget on wrapping paper and tape once I told her I was on a budget she even gave me advice how to wrap my gifts . Thanks for the great experience! “I get different types of products that I don't get in regular grocery. Different taste .No body force you to buy animal.And they are nice to Veterans.I know the one I goes to.Now they are being more wide spread.I hope they keep there reputation. My one incident with one of the cashier, he lied to me, and did not want to do my exchange on spoil milk.But another cashier help me.I went back and bought another milk and the thing happened. So I didn't throw away the evidence. I TOOK BOTK BACK TO THE STORE AND I WAS HELPED.”
