“I went in for a specific light bulb that a person in Lowe's told me I could find at this store.He was right! The person that helped me was pleasant and obviously knew a lot about the store and its items.I would recommend stopping in to look for that item that you couldn't find anywhere else. ?”
“After a cold morning when our car wouldn't start, we learned it was time to replace our car battery. We called Batteries Plus and John answered and helped us select the best car battery for us and walk us through pricing. Immediately after calling, we headed to the shop and the team installed our battery for us within 30min of arriving. I can't stress enough how quick and painless the process was for us. While in the store, I picked up a bettery for my key fob, which I wasn't able to find elsewhere. The customer service was awesome - thanks again John and team!”

“Can't say enough good things about this place. Brought in my son's Switch after having my old iPod fixed there years ago. Was pleased that they still had my info in the system, which sped up the process. A guy greeted me, listened, took a quick look, and gave me an ultimately correct diagnosis with a price. I decided to shop around at 1st, but came right back a day or two later. Was told it'd be a couple days, but was surprised to get a call 3 hours later that it was done! Picked it up that night and it's been good as new. Highly recommended.”

“My computer died out of the blue, it wouldn’t power up and would turn my power-cord dead when plugged in.The issue was diagnosed, fried mother board, they offered to either get a replacement computer or to take out and back my hard-drive up. I opted for a replacement (same model and capacity), since it was a few years old, I had a fully functioning machine (as if nothing had changed) within a few days.I’d recommend them every day of the week and then some.”

“My TV went on the blink and since it was under an extended warranty agreement, I contacted the warranty company in Texas. They assigned the repair to Advance Video, and to say the least I was a little skeptical since I never heard of them. They contacted me a short time after I put in the claim and I could not be more pleased. They picked the TV up and dropped it off exactly when they said they would. The repair was excellent, done within 2 days and all issues have been resolved.They could not have been more polite, congenial and professional. Excellent service that is truly appreciated.”
