“Been here plenty of times for typical iPhone screen repair & LCD repair. Today I came in for what I thought would maybe be a whole new phone replacement, turned into just needing a cleaning for my charger port that wouldn’t hold a charge & overheat. In & out 15 min. The best !!!”

“Very positive experience with my visit 8/28/23. Ive been having issues with my phone that customer service over the phone has been unable to solve. Its been quite frustrating dealing with the phone support, endlessly being on hold, representative cluelessly reading from a prompt, disconnected calls...Decided to stop in the store and deal with a real person. I believe the young mans name was Antonio. He was friendly and very helpful. He understood the issue and knew what to do to resolve it.I honestly had been avoiding going into an ATT store as in the past other locations have been painful to deal with. This experience was as smooth and painless as one could ask for.A++ to this store! Thanks!”

“I went to this Verizon store today because I could not make it work while trying to switch from physical SIM to eSIM myself for two days. There was a short wait, then Israr fixed the problem and completed the switch for me patiently. He said I should have gone to the store for this kind of change. I don’t think it was too difficult for him to fix it. But it was a big relief for me. Now I can use one SIM domestically, the other for foreign travels. Very happy!”

“With the system being down and my phone was not working I walked in with high hopes that I could activate my iPhone 14. My iPhone 11 just one night just stopped working. I called customer service only to be greeted with an automated message then line disconnected. I came into the store and was greeted by a busy Sarah. I waited my turn. I let Sarah know my phone was not working, she took it and said she will look at it. In the meantime time I asked if she could activate my iPhone 14, she could not but with her magic touch and magic hands she was able to get my iPhone 11 working! So with that I was very happy! I went from being told I’m out of luck to having my phone back on! Thanks Sarah!!”

“Was upgrading a few phones and encountered a major issue on T-Mobile's end completely blocking one of our existing phone numbers from being able to be activated at all via e-sim or physical sim on any device. It was a very frustrating experience that nobody at T-Mobile (including technical support and engineers) could solve over 24 hours, and nearly caused us to walk away from over a decade with the carrier if not for the patience and service of Mr. Tevin Robertson at the store, who went above and beyond to try and help us solve the issue. Although the issue wasn't resolved 100%, I am giving the store high marks for having employees like him, and crediting him with salvaging the situation. My whole family was very impressed by his attitude, knowledge, and work ethic, and it would serve T-Mobile well to do everything in their power to keep him around.”

“A huge THANK YOU to Tyzaya for the FABULOUS service today. Truly! After spending an eternity on the phone with 611 customer service, I was instructed to go to a store to complete my request. I arrived at this store today with documents in hand and after being greeted by several representatives (thank you!), I was initially told that they could not complete that service onsite. I was told that it was something that corporate did NOT allow them to do onsite. I would have to call the 611 customer service number...again! I was despondent. Thankfully Tyzaya asked me to take a seat so she could assist me with the issue. She was with me every step of the way and was so understanding. After 45+ combined minutes on hold, waiting, talking with different representatives on multiple phones, she finally helped me get my issue resolved. Can't believe it is finally DONE after all of the back and forth with the AT&T customer service line. THANK YOU Tyzaya and team!!!! Very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this location. “Sunday, I received detailed information regarding how to manage my broken charger port on phone. The phone Tech on duty checked my phone and noticed the Charger Port was damaged. Instead of trying to sell me a new phone since it would take 10 days for a new charger port to arrive. The attendant looked up my account, found I carried insurance on my phone, which I forgot about. Attendant wrote down the number for me to call to file a claim. Upon calling to make a claim I will now receive a new updated phone byTuesday. Excellent service rendered. ???”

“As soon as I walked in the door of the AT&T store, at Dobbin Center Rd. in Columbia, MD, I was greeted by Kenia. I was there to fix a problem and to buy some accessories. Kenia was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She did not rush me. Everything I needed to do, was resolved, and even when I decided to change something last minute, Kenia was pleasant and said it was no problem at all. Her manager was great too. The store is easy to get in and out of, and there is parking available. I would recommend anyone to visit this AT&T location.”
