“Brought in my daughter’s iPad due to the screen cracking and was assisted by Jonny. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the situation and told me it’ll be a couple of days to fix and he’ll give me a call when it’s ready to pick up. The very next day Jonny called and I immediately thought the iPad was unrepairable…but to my surprise he told me it was done and ready for pick up!
