“I can't say enough about this PO - large and we'll-maintained with super convienient 24-self service. You can buy postage, send packages with postage purchase - it was a life safer. Most of my day was wasted, driving to two other PO that are worthless for after hours service. USPS Windsor Mill came through. I am very pleased. A+”
“I want to give a huge shoutout to Latisha at the post office for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely positive attitude that instantly made the experience better. Even though it was a busy day with a long line behind me, Latisha remained calm, courteous, and incredibly efficient.
I had a few questions about shipping options, and she patiently explained each one, making sure I understood the delivery times and costs. She even helped me properly package my item to avoid any issues in transit, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the people she’s helping.
What stood out most was her professionalism combined with a personal touch—it’s not every day you encounter someone who can manage their job so smoothly while also making customers feel seen and valued. “Mrz. Christine always lends her ear and gives me pep talks, consoling me, encouraging me that I can make it through my dilemma, she’s an Angel, she’s a rose in a sea of thorns, one of the most polite and humble and caring woman that I ever met. I have no biases against anyone, and she’s not biased towards anyone either, because Christine talks to everyone the same like a genuine human person to another genuine human person. I have to for shame these 4 of 1 star reviews because I have a educated guess is that those guests claims are dishonest because I am certain those customers had a higher paying career that could have influenced the 1 star posts, I’m more humble than them, and I have so much empathy, and I am not pompous. Ms. Farrah is so amazing, she likes to help every customer, when I am there with her I like to rotate the other customers first before trading quarters for dollars because they say they’re always low on change, so I remain polite enough to walk again to the back of the line so that I don’t mess with other customers daily errands. I enjoy how patience Mrz. Christine has, and I always notice how nice her earrings look when she wears some. Christine and Reba almost use this one particular line, usually on a customer about to leave to do other stuff, she’s a sweetie.”
“Not sure if anyone reads reviews of a USPS. But just in case -- the main gentleman working at this location on the weekday afternoon/evenings is SO great and helpful that I go out of my way to come to this one. I have probably been here about 10-15 times total, and always the same guy. Very patient, very clear with answers/options/solutions, knows what he's doing, and actually makes your day go smoother. I can't think of another post office that runs like that.Down-sides - It's a smaller location, so product selection is limited and sometimes there's a longer wait. The entrance/exit to the parking lot can be confusing.”

“Close this post office already, because whether they will be open the hours that are stated is anybody’s guess. This is the only post that I have ever been to, that is not open during their normal business hours. It’s nothing more frustrating than planning your day that includes a trip to this post office and it is closed, especially if you rely on mobility bus services for transportation. If you call customer service for their hours of operation they will tell you that they should be open. A kiosk would be better than this, there’s never a sign posted explaining the situation. Why do this happens only at this post office? I understand that some situations can’t be avoided, but this is a continuous problem.Update: They have definitely improved on being opened at the times that are posted, which makes things a lot better. The customer service has always been good, employees are pleasant and helpful. I just hope that they continue being opened during their business hours.”

However most don't bother with compliments as good service is overlooked. Today, I needed a critical certified letter, late for delivery. The teller was very helpful and found my letter. So Iam happy to give the Ellamont post office some love ?”
“I gave it 5 stars because of the kiosk in the lobby. I can take care of all of my postal needs without having to talk to anyone with a bad attitude. My only problem is that there’s only one kiosk for the whole Pikesville area.”
“I contacted the Post Office because a cluster mailbox in our community was knocked over by a vehicle. I was able to talk with a representative after 3 rings and within a half hour, received a return call from that person providing me with information. Within an hour after our conversation, I received a call from a maintenance truck driver who was at the location. He picked up the damaged mailbox, took it to be repaired and provided instructions as to how residents can get their mail until the mailbox is replaced.”

“Customer service here is superb, i am very thankful the associates at this location were helpful, they listened and was very pleasant . I made a mistake and mistyped my address on the shipping address. However, i still received my packages , i wrote a letter to the carrier to make them aware . My husband and I visited this post office for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. Despite there being only one clerk on duty, Mr. Timothy was incredibly kind, efficient, and clear throughout the entire process.
The post office itself was spacious, very clean, and well-organized — everything was neat with no clutter in sight. Mr. Timothy went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. He kindly double-checked our forms, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood the next steps to ensure a smooth process.
His professionalism and helpfulness truly stood out, and we left feeling grateful for such a positive experience. We really appreciated his time and care, and I just had to leave a review to recognize his outstanding service!”

“Raquel was simply AMAZING helping me with my kids passport renewals. She was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very patient when I didn't have all the needed docs the first time around. I had to come back the next day and she stood by her word when she processed our applications in no time. But I was especially thankful to one of the ladies who worked there who helped me with the passport application process, who explained the process and pointed out things that could've become potential issues. I corrected those mistakes, and received my passport renewal within a couple of weeks. I sadly did not catch her name but I am very thankful for her help.”

“Contrary to the very rude customers writing vicious comments here about the food employees at the Enchanted Forest Post Office, I love the employees there! I live a mile away, and I have been a customer for at least twenty years. I have always found the employees to be polite, kind, friendly and professional. They work hard for the money. As David Byrne of Talking Heads sang in "Psycho Killer, Qu'est-ce que c'est?", I hate people when they're not polite!" As The Beatles sang, (I think it was on the Abbey Road album,) "... “We had were blessed with amazing support and service from Tammy, who took us in after a horrible experience being cancelled at Pikesville for our passport appointment. Tammy was working alone with a full line of customers. She kept everyone in good spirits and move quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful to everyone who waited patiently for us to complete our application.Pikesville post office Olivia cancelled us 30 minutes ahead of our appointment. We arrived on time, hadn’t heard the voicemail.There were 4 people in line and 2 postal workers. And she sent us to security where they have walk in passports service. They do this regularly as we have been finding out. The people at security should not have to pick up slack for the laziness of the Pikesville postal workers. Unacceptable!!”
