“I was in the store yesterday around 430, not sounds cliché don’t have ever written review before The customer service yesterday was above and beyond that only the woman who is helping myself, but the other lady that was in there at that time was so extremely helpful and I was dropping and what she was telling these two women who are far from a typical runner who I could tell, we’re getting shoes for the reasons , and the lady took her time kind, empathetic impatient it was beyond customer service. It was a human being, being caring and wonderful to another set of human beings and we need more people like that in this world. I often don’t make the trip out there and I’ll go to a local chain running store out of laziness but falls road never lets me down”

“The VDB store in Gambrills has the best and most helpful staff. I have BAD feet…it’s very frustrating to try to find shoes that I can comfortably wear. I tried 4 pairs of walking/running shoes before I found shoes that worked. I had to return 3 pairs of shoes. They transferred 2 different pairs from other stores. Each time they were so kind and understanding. I can’t say enough good things about this store and staff. They worked with me each time I came back assisting in finding me another shoe. This is customer service at its best. Thank you! This store will be a go-to store when looking for shoes. Online shopping is great, but sometimes you need brick and mortar stores!!”

I had just gotten off of work at about 5 and was researching availability which led me to visiting this Vans location for the first time and I can confidently say that I will %100 be returning! I had thee warmest welcome and was lucky enough to be assisted by Alex H. She was so accommodating, patient, and kind! I can imagine that individuals who work in retail are mentally and physically exhausted after a busy season but by Alex’s stellar customer service you’d never even know. I ended up leaving with 2 pair of shoes for my 2 children and a huge smile on my face. Thank you Alex for being as genuine and helpful as were! You are a light! “I recently visited Carter’s and had an exceptional experience, thanks to an associate named Sabainah. Her service was outstanding and she was incredibly sweet to my three children. Sabainah went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant shopping experience, and her kindness and gentle demeanor left a lasting impression on us.
She was remarkably patient with my kids, making the visit memorable for them with cool stickers and a fun coloring table. My little ones were thrilled and still talk about our time at the store.
I truly appreciate the warm and welcoming atmosphere at this Carter’s location. Because of Sabainah’s excellent service, I will gladly make the drive to shop here again. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a wonderful shopping experience with attentive and caring staff!”
“This store is pretty big and had a wide selection of both men's and women's clothing. They also had shoes and other things like hats. This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”

“I went to SAS Comfort Shoes, as I am on my feet a lot and wanted to get comfortable shoes in my unusual size. The salesman was very attentive and helpful. They had plenty of my size shoe, which is great. The store specializes in SAS shoes (San Antonio Shoe brand), which is a comfort brand made in the USA. You may not win any fashion awards with these shoes, but they are comfortable and the line seems to be expanding their styles.”
“Foot Locker, is the only reason I still come to shop at Mondawmin. Today, I decided to take my grandgirl aka GG shopping at Mondawmin. I thought bc this mall gave me and my kids some amazing memories and helped us discover our sense of fashion, it was a great opportunity to be able to do this wit my GG now. Boy, I've never been so WRONG in my entire life!!!!! I left Baltimore over 10 years ago & I didn't get the memo that the Mondawmin I use to shop at is GONE! Foot Locker is the only thing left that offers a high quality shopping experience while still representing the authenticity and essence of our culture that made Mondawmin so unique and fabulous. Entering the store and seeing these beautiful young black ladies brought back that familiar feeling that use to be part of the Mondawmin shopping experience. The young lady that greeted me was very friendly, offering her assistance if I was looking for something specific. When I was shopping there was no one harassing me or lurking behind merchandise looking creepy watching me while I shop. I was very impressed with Kids Foot Locker large selection of various brands of shoes in Toddler sizes. When I finally decided on the shoes I wanted, the sales clerk was very helpful and patient with me and my 2 y/o GG from the beginning to the end ?. I wish I could remember the young ladies names. But I would like to thank you ladies for providing us with a great shopping experience today. Also, thanks to the entire staff for providing the best customer service every time I shop at this location. Y'all are the heart that keeps Mondawmin alive.”

I was tired of ordering shoes online only to be let down by the level of comfort and quality of product that I received. However, they didn't carry the exact shoe that I wanted but I didn't want to go through the hassle of ordering online and ending up with a shoe that didn't fit right. Jill measured my feet and was able to make a recommendation on the style and size that she would then order. I was confident that when I did pull the trigger on which shoe I wanted that I would receive a shoe that was comfortable! Sure enough when the shoe came in, I was notified and it was a perfect fit.
