“I seriously cannot hype this place up enough. Renting and returning was super easy and convenient. Office is easy to find and navigate in and out of. The owner at the front desk is great. But thats just where it starts.
Their official helpers, Muki and his brother, were absolutely amazing. Super hard workers and really busting it to get everything done in a timely manner. Also incredibly nice and personable. I had to call them the day before a move due to help dropping out, and they showed up on time and ready to work.
I would seriously travel past a dozen other U-haul places to work with these people. Five stars plus another thousand.”

“So I was on the bus going to a field trip for school and there was a Ryder driver that was next to us. I’m not sure who he was but he was awesome. When we were doing the honk gesture to semi trucks nobody was honking until he saw it and honked. Everyone on the bus was happy and exited. We are still taking about 1 months later. The driver was driving the truck with the license plate 2657946 and we were on the highway for like 20 minutes and when I looked down it was 10:50am. I’m not sure who it was or if anyone in charge will see this but if you do I would like you to thank him for min behalf of everyone on the bus. I’m only 14 but I know if I need help I’m calling Ryder first. This experience has made my day and I am for sure using Ryder later in life one day. The driver kindness is so awesome I can’t believe it. It’s hard to find people who are nice like that. Thank you so much and for anyone who reads this I would recommend Ryder. Thanks!”
“Try to come from the south. The entrance is very narrow. In order to unload or upload you need to call the central office. The parking lot is convenient and fast unloaded. You can stay overnight. Friendly staff works quickly.”
“Rented a truck here several months ago to help my mom-in-law. Went here because the other place we had reserved from weeks earlier cancelled an hour before we were going to head out to get the truck that morning. Wonderful start for us. So we hopped online and saw this place. Made the reservation, called to confirm, and then hopped in our car and showed up.Nice small place with a couple of guys inside both renting U-Haul trucks and trailers and doing machined embroidery (which is actually their main business: logos and such on jackets, hats, etc.). Checkout was really easy. Did our stuff with the truck and returned a few hours later. Handed the man back his keys and we happily went home.There are a few complaints about them having odd hours/closing early. He told me if we return after they close (2 pm-ish???), simply put the keys in their dropbox in front and they'd bill us appropriately. This isn't rocket science people: Look at a business's hours and if they aren't exactly to your liking, get over it and adjust. These guys make it easy.They were just so nice and easy to deal with. More businesses need to be like this.”

“I had a trailer hitch installed on my vehicle recently. The associate communicated with me in advance regarding a scheduling change for that mornin, which worked out fine for me. After dropping off my vehicle, it seemed like a very short time had gone by before receiving a call telling me my car is ready. The staff worked quickly and had excellent customer service!”

“Lovely place to rent from. Quick and easy pickup and dropoff. This location has 24 hour truck share, but I was helped at the desk both for pickup and return. The desk agents are friendly and helpful, and the location was flexible with me when I needed to push back my pickup and drop off times. I would be happy to bring this location more business anytime, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Owings Mills and Reisterstown area.”

“Ms. Ella is a hidden jewel!! I am a frequent customer of this location, sometimes doing as many as 3-4 rentals a month! On one particular occasion, my reservation was moved to another location, due to a prior customer not returning their rental in a timely fashion! Ms. Ella knew how important these rentals are to me, and she went above and beyond to secure a rental cargo van for me! She is beyond amazing!! Please reward her accordingly!!”
