“My experience has been really positive. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
However, I recently came into the branch to do a wire. A new hire came to facilitate my wire. This person did not speak fluent English. I couldn't understand much of what she said. This is America and our language is English. When my grandparents arrived from Poland, they learned English. That was expected. We shouldn't have to struggle to decipher what is being said. Im staying with the bank because I like the people. If non English speaking customers can ask for a translator or a different employee...why cant we also.”

“I have been going there since it was a Credit Union. And I truly appreciate that the people they have working there, haven't lost the personal relationships with customers. I still receive the professionalism amongst all the staff. And the personal treatment of a credit union. The tellers and support staff remember your name. You don't have many places to go to and have a name & not a number.My only suggestion would be to please have more branches or kiosks. Thank you H.B.”
