Making this calm , easy & fixing the problems so smoothly that I will stay with them always. In particular I dealt with Laura Lombard out of the Abington branch and she was completely wonderful. She not only helped me apply for the HELOC but she had helped me open a Savings and Checking account for my special needs son prior thereto and I loved her immediately.”
“I had the pleasure of working with Jane today and I’d just like to say, she was an absolute doll! I explained on the phone that I would be on a time crunch, and Jane offered to pencil me in for an appt to ensure that I was in and out. I’ve never received such excellent customer service from a bank before. The process took longer than I expected, so I left for an appt and when I returned, she got on the phone immediately to continue resolving my issue. She was personable and spunky, definitely made the situation less tedious.”
