“This hotel has made dramatic improvements to the rooms & property! I had my sister stay there for two nights and she was very pleased with the updated rooms! The new owners really put some effort into updating the rooms! This use to be a one or two star hotel, not anymore!”

“I started staying here 20 yrs ago. I love the history, the beauty and the food. Their restaurants are fantastic. I love the old historic rooms. They upgraded them within the last couple decades (much to my dismay) but they are still wonderful. I always make sure to stay in the historical part of the inn but all of it is lovely. Walking distance to all the amazing museums, cemeteries, minuteman trail and restaurants. The staff are always lovely. I still get excited to come back and visit.”

“The desk staff here are amazing and so helpful! (They get 5 stars). I was originally put in room 210, and at 11 pm apparently they start doing night laundry and all you can hear and feel is the spin cycle on the commercial washers shaking the room! The gentleman working the front desk immediately found me another room on the 3rd floor and helped me move....he was so helpful! But you shouldn't have to move rooms at midnight. Otherwise, very cute colonial type inn, huge rooms with sitting area and 2 tvs. Didn't have time to try the breakfast. Easy parking on any side of the building. The room and bathroom were very clean, but disappointed the used towels weren't changed out during the day! Stayed two nights.”

“I just did three nights at this hotel. I’ve also stayed there in the past. This is the upper echelon of the element hotels. Breakfast was made to order. Completely included in my stay the staff were all amazing I truly love staying at this hotel and in the area I can’t wait to be back. “Great place to stay for the price. Guest services are super nice and helpful. Nice pool area. Not a super busy place. Rooms are decent - not dirty, don't smell bad, quiet sleeping area. No in room coffee but coffee in the lobby. Restaurant attached was good - decent food. Waitresses were great. We had a big party in a side room and everyone had a great time. Overall definitely would use this place again on my trip to this area (we traveled to Fitchburg).”

“Loved the place while on my stay there.... great time, and of course the amenities were handed to me...the staffing were great to me, of course, and super respectful...Rooms: The rooms spacers!!!....Nearby activities: Depends of the location...the one is in good location...I'll leave with part for you to discover....Safety: Yes yes yes....Walkability: Safe to walk around massive compound!!....Food & drinks: Of course the usual amenities....Noteworthy details: Of course the texture of the place....super worthwhile!!!....”

“Great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was good. A big bonus for guests is the laundry area with a washer and dryer — it’s very convenient to be able to wash your clothes during the trip.”
