“I needed to get some touch-up paint for my doctors car. Nobody stocks it. With the paint code, they mixed up a 7.5oz spray can in less than 1 hour. I also picked up some molding clips for a different car. They had them in stock. A quick thanks to the counter guys and the guy who made the paint for me, and Warren too.”

“I give a 4 star because the people are very professional polite and friendly. As far as the services , I’ve been scheduled for routine maintenance out of the owners manual twice now and never received either service . Basically it comes down to if the tires never leave the vehicle for the 80k service none of the brakes , suspension , u-joints and additional safety checks have been done. These efficient checks have always been the entire reason I go to my Lincoln preferred dealer . When you use a preferred dealer and the last 2 service checks are left incomplete I hesitate to travel the 89 miles one way for the “ blow off “ with a smile . I’ve spent plenty of money and hundreds of miles to have my knowledge of vehicles maintenance inspections completely undermined. In summary it’s just been a politely wasted trip each time lately”
