“My son planned a day to Six Flags. Once parked, his passenger window wouldn't go up. The staff at Ace Auto drive him back to the park, and picked him up at the end of the day. They could have charged him for a part he ended up not needing, but instead was able to clean and fix the part. They went above and beyond! Honest, professional, and knowledgeable. If you live in the area, this is the place to go!!”
“Purchased a vehicle from Elmwood recently. Everyone was nice and purchase was easy. Vehicle had been gone through by a mechanic before purchase and they told me the list of things that had been done. During the first 2 weeks the check engine light came on, called dealership and they scheduled repairs, also gave me a loaner while repairs were being made. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Elmwood again.”
“Excellent work went in with what I thought to be a minor issue and he inspected my whole truck and let me know of work that that was urgent...things that could be put off a little longer...and stuff that may come up in the future...called before he ordered any parts and started any work to let me know the status and get permission to perform the work (unlike most shops that just do the work and leave you with a big bill when you go to pick it up). Matts a great mechanic and finished the work in a very timely manner actually surprised me with how fast and we'll he fixed my truck. I recommend him for anything anyone could need done to there car.”

“I give a 4 star because the people are very professional polite and friendly. As far as the services , I’ve been scheduled for routine maintenance out of the owners manual twice now and never received either service . Basically it comes down to if the tires never leave the vehicle for the 80k service none of the brakes , suspension , u-joints and additional safety checks have been done. These efficient checks have always been the entire reason I go to my Lincoln preferred dealer . When you use a preferred dealer and the last 2 service checks are left incomplete I hesitate to travel the 89 miles one way for the “ blow off “ with a smile . I’ve spent plenty of money and hundreds of miles to have my knowledge of vehicles maintenance inspections completely undermined. In summary it’s just been a politely wasted trip each time lately”
“I was getting a coffee next door when I saw a Jiffy Lube employee waving his hands wildly at me (lol… turns out I had a very flat tire! Nate and Joe (and crew) were SO helpful and got me right in and out. You can tell they are genuinely good people and care about people- because I wasn’t even a customer at the time! They charged a small fee to patch up my tire, but that kind gesture saved me hours of headache and frustration because I was not near home. Thank you Nate and Joe! You have my service and recommendation!!!”
